“This place is great! But Bookabatch has absolutely terrible customer service! Book this property directly with Bachcare, they are still based in NZ and don't have customer service call centres based overseas. We tried to change our booking and it was virtually impossible as their app doesn't work! They don't reply to their emails and their call centre said they would call back, they never did. Luckily I was able to go through Bachcare and they sorted it eventually. ”

“The house is spacious, the carpet is lovely and soft, very well equipped kitchen, enough comfy seats for us and nice big garage with a few fun extras thrown in such as bikes and boogie boards. Could have done with two more fans so every room has one on these humid summer nights. Would be helpful to specify the cot is a portacot, not a full, solid cot. Also we could have done with a harness on the highchair. It was great to have shade on the outside dining table but needed shade for the outside...

“Magic spot for girls weekend. Well equipped and easy. We will stay again , for sure.Two suggestions, outdoor furniture, we couldn’t find any. Also spare blankets in every wardrobe for us winter beach lovers and maybe a couple of arm chairs. The couches are designed for young backs .Probably the best equipped beach house we have rented.”
