“This apartment was beautiful. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We did have some trouble getting through the gate when we arrived at 11pm at night but a rep from the rental company came to help us within 15mins and got us in. Even showed us around. Very helpful. The property itself could use some upgrades as the door locks were ancient and the one window in the living room wouldn’t shut or lock. Overall, we definitely would stay here again. ”

“We stayed here in November and had a wonderful experience. The location worked perfectly for my husband and I, close enough to the center to get everywhere easily, yet set in a quiet residential part of Florence where we could feel the local rhythm of the city. The staff who look after the house were all very easy to communicate with. The whole stay was smooth and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here!”

We got another apartment for the first night which was OK, but clearly not the one that was paid for. Later, it was communicated that there are two apartments, one with square view and another without, and ours was the one without. “It was just off the Palazzo Vecchio which was nice because it was always easy to find the way home as data wasn't always working well in Florence but it was on a side street that I think was overall quieter. It was close of most things in city center and had good food near it. The room was big which was lovely and the bathroom was also spacious. Its not pictured but they also had a washing machine which was so necessary. The AC also worked so well and was a God send during the 95 degree hot days”
