Spahotell i Las Colinas

“The bartenders at the restaurant were rude an inattentive to me. I felt if I was a good Ole boy they would have paid attention to me. The coffee shop was great and all the staff there were great”

“I booked this to enjoy a special experience - however, the place was not friendly to black people and the staff seemed to question my belonging. Money is green. I paid for luxury but got the cold shoulder. The internet in my room didn’t work as well.”

“I had an amazing”

“Overall good hotel but not top class service. Not clear instructions at the front desk, didn’t tell us where to go, where our room was and what to expect, we had cleaner/handyman knocking 5 times at the door starting 8.30am the same day we were checking out. Other than that, beautiful hotel and location and clean place. ”
