We offer you 3 fully equipped bedrooms to meet all your personal space and privacy needs. Our penthouse is comfortable for up to 8 guests. Since we prefer to host 6 guests (including children), there may be a small additional charge for 7th and 8th guest. (We can be flexible.)

SLEEPING AREAS SUMMARY:
The 2-story penthouse has a large and comfortable living room with its own new 65-inch Smart TV. The dining has a large wooden and glass dining table for up to 8 guests.

Fun Livingroom / bedroom Area: 2 new sofas (twin mattresses) that easily convert to beds. This is also air conditioner, plus there are 2 huge ceiling fans. This has its own spacious full bathroom.

FUN LIVING ROOM (SPACIOUS ENTERTAINMENT AREA):
The 4th floor spacious air-conditioned entertainment area has a new 75” Smart TV. This has a full bathroom with nice shower. Two new ultra-comfortable bed-like sofas, size of two single beds. Two new super large fans to create fresh air flow. Just steps to the outside terrace for in and outdoor fun! Then just step outside to the equally spacious patio with lighted pergola, outdoor furniture, and a large 5-person Jacuzzi (not heated).

AMAZING FOURTH FLOOR TERRACE:
The best place to enjoy the incredible views of the ocean and beach is in this 4th floor terrace. It boasts a Jacuzzi (recently updated and repainted). This is perfect for sitting and sharing with family and friends. (It is not heated.) There is a wood-beam pergola with two sofas, tables, and outdoor fan. There cool is night lighting or turn them off for night views. We just added a new BBQ, and an outdoor fan.

FORMAL DINING / LIVING ROOM:
The large dining room has 48” square table to accommodate 8 people. Next to this is our formal living room with two new 3-seat sofas with coffee and end-tables. Plus, there is a new 55” Smart TV. This entire area has sliding screened windows with panoramic ocean and pool views.

TERRAZAS DEL ATLANTICO AMENITIES:
Premium community of Las Terrenas that has multiple pools (kids and adults) to share with lounge chairs for sun-tanning. We have a full staff to maintain the pools and common areas. Our community has common-sense rules for guests.. Free parking in the back and 24/7 gated security entrance.

THE KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare and cook your own meals. It has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, 2 types of coffeemakers (including Dominican “greca”), teapot, plenty of dishes, glasses, and utensils, all necessary kitchen items, ask us if you require something special.

SPECIAL SERVICES AVAILABLE:
Housekeeping is normally done on mornings Mon, Tues, and Fri. (Extra maid service and cleaning with fees.)
Our housekeeper will be ready and available to cook for a small fee or recommended gratuity. She has excellent cooking skills in case you want to arrange either breakfast and/or lunch during your stay.
We can help you to organize your transfer from and to the airport; plus, to coordinate your vacation activities.

AIR CONDITIONING & ELECTRICITY:
We made a major investment to replace all air conditioners. Each bedroom has its own NEW air conditioner. As electricity is so expensive, all our 4-air conditioner will be monitored for excess use. Plus, almost all rooms have wonderful extra-large NEW cooling fans.
[ ] Basic electricity of 30 KWT per day in included. If there is excessive usage of air conditioners, there may be an extra charge at the time of departure according to the electricity meter. The price per KWT is 15 DOP.
[ ] Please close doors and windows while the air conditioning is on to improve cooling performance and save energy and be sure to turn it off when leaving the unit. We reserve the right to remotely shut down overused air conditioners.
[ ] Prior to check-in, you will provide identification, and a security deposit with credit card, bank transfer or cash that will be returned at your check-out if you don’t have any excessive electrical usage charge or damages.

LOS PESCADORES:
Easy short walk to nearby top restaurants, including famous Los Pescadores being rebuilt. Or in the evening, stroll to nearby bars, music and dancing clubs. Everything else is a short walk to city center for shopping (Puerto Plaza ships), banking, pharmacies, natural juice bars, special coffee, and markets, and even massages. Yes, the best dining and entertainment options are within walking distance... ETNO, Mosquito Art Bar, and many more.

SECURITY NOTE:
We require primary renter provide identification and names and ages of other guests. All guest's information will be passed to Terrazas del Atlantico community security gate for confirmation. Security will assure that extra "visitors" are NOT allowed without owner's prior written consent. Las Terrenas is safe and we have the local tourist police station close by.

THE SOUNDS & OCEAN WAVES:
We get all the ocean view possible from at least 9 windows and from top floors. Yet, we are situated away from road, so we don't get disturbing noise from the far-away street. At night if you open the windows, you will be able hear the sweet ocean waves. Yes, it's the best of all worlds here.

PEST-FREE ZONE:
We invested in new screens for every window in our new penthouse. Why? By adding screens, we get the beauty from our beautiful natural environment, but we keep those pests outside. (No need for mosquito nets you'll need those elsewhere.)

Guest rules & Regulations:
[ ] Our community has common-sense guest rules, which include adhering to quiet times. Excessively loud music is prohibited.
[ ] Follow safety rules for jacuzzi use. There may be an extra charge for any damage to jacuzzi.
[ ] Children CANNOT be left unattended in patio area or the 4th floor.
[ ] There are stairs to 3rd and 4th floors. There is NO elevators.
[ ] We have exterior cameras for safety reasons.
[ ] The number of guests MUST be clearly stated, if approved any additional guests will pay extra.
[ ] No smoking allowed in unit. Allowed only outside in penthouse patio.
[ ] Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges and for over use of air conditioners.
