3rd floor (accessible by internal stairs as the front door lock is not functioning. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND) includes:

- Large Covered Terrace with outdoor seating area, sunbed and dining.
- Kitchen, includes an oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster, kettle etc.

- Lounge area to enable everyone to sit and relax and wind down
- Enjoy a coffee on the balcony taking in the beautiful ocean view!!

4th Floor Penthouse (accessible by stairs or elevator — please note that the elevator has a tendency to break down very often due to blackouts) includes:

Master Suite with a King Size Bed and luxurious 4 piece bathroom.
- Lounge area with sofa and TV
- Kitchenette with Fridge and Microwave
- Large Outdoor Terrace area with dining area, sunbeds and outdoor seating area. Relax and Enjoy the incredible ocean views!

The unit is in a family beachfront resort. Coson Bay Hotel & Residences offers an outdoor restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pool service is available to enhance your experience. The Beach Front Swimming Pool is another beautiful area to relax at Coson Bay.
