NO GARAGE PARKING AVAILABLE. Driveway parking — 2 parking spots total. street parking can be found just a few hundred feet from the HOA, accommodating all types of vehicles, including RVs, campers, and buses.

If you need early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Approval is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge. The cleaning crew needs ample time to clean, wash, and disinfect the home for the next guest.
Unapproved pets (with the exception of licensed service animals) will result in a $500 fee and may result in an immediate eviction. For each approved pet, a non-refundable fee of $100 will be added to the reservation total. Should a request to allow a pet be made following the confirmation of a reservation, and if that request is granted, the guest will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of $100 for the pet.
Parties and events are not allowed on the property, and guests are expected to observe quiet hours. To ensure that noise levels are kept to a minimum, we use a NoiseAware decibel monitoring device. If there is any evidence of a party or event, such as excessive garbage or camera footage, guests will be fined $500.00, face legal action, and may be evicted without reimbursement. Guests will also be responsible for any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.
If any property, furnishings, decorations, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items are lost or damaged through negligence or willful behavior, guests will be charged for direct replacement costs and a fine of up to $250.00.
Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition and should not use them for cleaning or removing makeup, unless towels are specifically for removing makeup. Any permanent stains will be considered negligent damage. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves, as this can cause damage to the items and the washing machine.
Breaking posted house rules, such as exceeding occupancy limits, violating parking restrictions, using illegal substances, or damaging the property, can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.
To ensure the comfort of our neighbors, we ask that guests observe official city quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am daily. Outdoor noise levels should be kept to a minimum during this time.
