TWO SUITES. ONE PRIVATE RESIDENCE. THE STRIP ADDRESS THAT DELIVERS EVERYTHING.

This is not a hotel booking. This is a reservation of two adjoining MGM Signature condo-suites — Units 8701 and 8703, 8th floor, Tower 2 — combined into a 1,495 sq ft private residence that accommodates up to 8 guests across two king beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and three full bathrooms.

THE MASTER SUITE (UNIT 8701):
A fully separated one-bedroom with a real door, a king bed, blackout curtains, an ensuite soaking tub and walk-in shower, a Sub-Zero full kitchen, dedicated workspace, and a private Strip-view balcony.

THE STUDIO SUITE (UNIT 8703):
A self-contained studio — not a converted corner. Its own king bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, queen sleeper sofa, and its own private balcony overlooking the Strip and pool terrace.

RESORT ACCESS — FULLY INCLUDED:
Three heated MGM Signature pools, fitness center, 24/7 concierge, and complimentary valet. The indoor walkway from Tower 2 connects directly to MGM Grand's casino, Hakkasan, KÀ by Cirque du Soleil, and more than 30 dining venues — no rideshare required.

Loved our stay in this property. It was clean and suited our needs perfectly. The location was great with connection to the MGM Grand and Monorail. We were able to walk to the strip easily and grab and Uber if we didn't want to walk. The host was very responsive and answered my questions immediately.

Overall the rooms were fine. The hallway d surfaces were adequately clean. The soap was not great, had a funny smell. Carpet was in need of cleaning, it was stained in multiple areas. There were tiles in the kitchen that were cracked.

The property was amazing lots to do. Was connected to the MGM Grand. Plenty of places to eat.only problem we had was no cleaning service, for trash or to freshen towels. when calling for house keeping, I was told I would be charged for the service. So, we reused towels for 3 days and had a very large amonut of trash at the end of the stay. There were 8 of us and there were 8 towels. Needless to say would stay at this property agin with no problem.

Very nice property for an extended family of 7

This property worked really well for our extended 3 families. Three full bathrooms available so there was never a wait. And very convenient to have a full kitchen to save on easy meals. Free access to several pools and all the restaurants and entertainment of MGM. And since MGM is on the strip it's a quick walk to most of LV. This is my second time staying at the MGM Signature and it's my go-to for larger parties

Great for what we were looking for!

Went with another couple and was looking for a two room suite in a good location. This property has a great view overlooking the strip and the pool on the property. Easy to navigate around and a fairly short walk to the strip and the hallway to MGM was convenient for sure. I was surprised by the space we got for the price. It's not the newest but it's very comfortable and honestly a great value and exactly what we were looking for. I would stay again.

Perfect for a mixed-age group

The property was as described! Communication was quick and easy, which makes all the difference in the experience. We needed extra linens and we had a response within 5 minutes. The location is perfect! Set off the strip by 1 block, so we were still able to see the strip, but it was a little quieter, no one being loud in the halls at 3 am, etc. AND we could get an elevator quickly, as opposed to hotels directly on the strip. We had everything we needed for a family of 5 plus 2 grandparents. Easy access to the mgm grand, and their pools. The rooms are very nice and clean! We had a great experience and we would stay here again.

Terrific Venue for Friends and Family Reunion

We rented this fabulous 2-bedroom, 3 bath suite for a week to host two different groups of friends and family. It turned out to be the best decision we could have made! Manish, the host, and his staff were most attentive and responsive to our needs before and during our stay. The condo had everything we needed, and more. The views of the Strip from the balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows were amazing. The floor plan gave everyone their personal space as well as a gathering area between the two bedrooms with a large kitchen, dining area, third bathroom and living room. All appliances, furnishings, linens and bathrooms were top of the line. We enjoyed cooking a leisurely breakfast before sight-seeing every day. We found the Signature property to be smoke-free, safe, secure, and very clean; we used all the amenities including the gym, swimming pools, laundry room and free valet parking. The Signature staff consistently demonstrated an elevated level of personalized service. We were pleasantly surprised the Delight restaurant off the lobby offered delicious fresh food and drinks, and there was a Starbucks in the adjoining tower. It took 8 minutes to walk to the MGM Grand casino and theatres and a bit more to reach nearby restaurants, drug stores and shops. We loved staying in a hotel environment that did not have a noisy, smoky casino on the first floor. We had a great time and would recommend this condo and stay here again. Thanks, Manish!
