From the moment you step inside, you'll feel right at home. There’s something here for all ages.

Main Game Room
- With a huge 4in-1 TV where you can watch movies or live tv or live sports. If you can't pick what to watch, you can watch them all on our multiscreen.
- Relax in one of four lounger chairs, each with built-in cup holders, heating, and massage functions.
- In the same room, you can play pool or ping pong. There's also a happy hour corner with a mixing set and a drink mixing menu for you to enjoy.

Sunken Living Room
- Enjoy a big-screen TV with a sound bar for entertainment.
- Includes two arcade games: a golf simulator and an expanded Pac-Man game with tons of extras.
- The oversized sofa is extra comfy and spacious—perfect for lounging or napping.

Dining and Kitchen
- The oversized dining table next to the kitchen can comfortably seat 10 or more guests.
- The kitchen is fully stocked, with all the basic essentials to cook, a stove top, double oven, and oversized fridge.
- Every stay will be FULLY stocked with K-Cup Coffees with different options.

What makes our property truly unique is its 5 themed bedrooms, with one located downstairs and four upstairs, each thoughtfully designed with a distinct theme for a memorable stay:
- Floating Cloud Room: the primary bedroom, featuring LED cloud lighting and plenty of floating shelves and cabinets.
- Gatsby Room: first-floor suite with its own bathroom, full vanity, and direct access to the outdoor area and pool. Perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
- Nautical Room: offers a sailor-inspired theme with a unique wavy wall design and a working desk.
- Japanese Room: features real bamboo walls, a floating mirror with Bluetooth speaker, and a working desk.
- Bunk and Play Room: includes a bunk bed, a full-size bed, and a fun activity wall, perfect for kids or playful adults. It's located next to the loft playroom, which features an "infinity board game" with 40+ games on one screen.

The outdoors has even more features and activities!
- The main attraction is the fully refinished pickleball / basketball court. It has newly installed lights as well, so you can play after the sun sets also. There's ample equipment and even shaded seating, so you may have spectators for your games.

The glistening pool is another standout feature
- With four loungers for sunbathing. If you prefer the shade, there's also shaded patio seating, and a outdoor dining set.

On the other side of the house, you’ll find a kids’ playset and a shaded patio with plenty of seating.

This home is unique for its lush trees, flowers, fruit plants, and real grass, creating an oasis feel in the middle of Vegas.

HOUSE RULES: These rules are in place to help us maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
- Outdoor security cameras are in place in all angles for guest and property safety.
- STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS policy in the property. Guests will be asked to leave with NO REFUND if there are unannounced guests on property.
- No smoking indoors. A $500 fee will apply if the home smells like smoke after checkout.
- Quiet hours after 10 PM. Noise monitoring device outside the property will alert us if levels are too high. Multiple warnings may lead to cancellation without refund.
- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. By confirming this booking, guests accept full responsibility and liability for any injuries or accidents, including serious harm or death, that may occur during their stay.
- Pool can be heated upon request (24 hrs ahead of time). Due to high gas usage, it’s $100/day to heat the pool.
- Do not touch pool equipment for any reason!
