Detta är en underbar takvåning som ligger bredvid Bellagio Hotel och den helt nya Cosmopolitan, vi ligger på Las Vegas Strip !! Det är vackert, med en mousserande pool (uppvärmd året runt), jacuzzi, bastu och otaliga andra bekvämligheter. Du kan också använda bekvämligheterna gratis på det helt nya Cosmopolitan Hotel / Casino med fantastiska bekvämligheter, restauranger inom några meter bort .. De bekvämligheter de har på plats är: tennisbanor (gratis), pool (gratis), spa / gym (extra avgift) och mycket mer.

Det finns ingen extra avgift för användningen av våra anläggningsfaciliteter eller bekvämligheterna i den kosmopolitiska: Tillgång till bambupoolen och Boulevardpoolen på Cosmo är gratis samt spa- och tennisbanorna. Bekvämligheter på Jockey Club: Pool, gym, spa, etc. ingår också i hyran och det finns inga extra avgifter.

Vi har 6 individuella sängar i Penthouse-sviten för att rymma 2 personer lyxigt eller en grupp människor som träffas.

Vi har gratis WIFI i sviten såväl som de senaste tekniska leksakerna.

Vi ligger direkt på remsan bredvid Bellagio Hotel och Cosmpolitan. Vi finns på 3700 S. Las Vegas Blvd. (Bellagio Hotel ligger på 3600 S. Las Vegas Blvd).

Gå till det nya centrumet / Mandarin Oriental / Aria och mycket mer !!! Tillgång till monorail.

Det finns också betjänad parkering på plats för $ 5 / dag eller så kan du parkera din egen bil också. Vi delar parkering med Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino.

Två sovrum, två badrum, takvåning svit skulle göra det möjligt för dig att ha bekvämt upp till åtta personer här. 2 queen sängar i befälhavaren, 1 queen size-säng i gästrummet, 2 fulla sängar och gott om plats i hela inklusive en extra extra skräddarsydd säng vid behov. Låt mig veta vilka datum du är intresserad av att boka. Natt-, vecko- och månatliga priser! Vi kan ställa in extrasängarna om det behövs.

BEAUTIFUL
This place was beautiful just as the description stated. It was 6 of us sisters and we had plenty of space to move around. The house was in a perfect location and it was a simple check-in. The communication with the manager was excellent. I had to reach out to her and she replied within a timely manner. I would definitely be renting again.

room was supposed to be ready by 3, after 6 we were finally allowed into the room, it was DIRTY beds unmade the whole place was filthy! This was after we had been told it was being cleaned. We then were told put a call into the owner who called had someone coming to do the cleaning and it would be ready for 9 pm! We had been flying since 4 am. I want my money back.

Mostly good
So, we stayed at this property for 4 days during March Madness and it was mostly really good with a few hiccups. Let's start with the really good! The Communication from the host was excellent. She was prompt and able to answer any questions we had. Location. While it takes a bit to get used to everything, great location, very close to the strip. Bedrooms were comfortable and everything worked fine (except for the lamps (they are touch and very temperamental). Now, the good (but not great). Everything is nice (especially the couches, bed, tv) but not Luxury. Everything was a bit dated (bathrooms, furniture, etc but ok). The view was a wall as far as the eye could see so 0 view. The pool situation was very confusing. You check in at security and that was pretty easy, but when inquiring about the Cosmo pool, we were advised that we needed to put our name on the list the day before we wanted it (would have been good to know). Also, very confusing as to which pool we had access to (we were advised different ones when speaking to anyone). Lastly, the jockey pool is just not good. There is a net hanging over it and there was zero sun due to the location of the pool being dwarfed by buildings. The sauna did not work either. Overall, if you want a place that is quiet, a bit off the beaten path and quiet yet very accessible to the strip, I would recommend.

awesome location, very nice for the 5 of us..would stay again.
Loved our stay, communication with Melissa was great! the only issue was the the key to get into the building and the apartment, Dont put your key near your cell phone or charge cards, it disarms the key and you have to go to the front desk to get another, it happened to us 3 times.

Good Location Older Condo Not Luxury Status
Great location. Condo is older and deff not luxury penthouse status. The place is super dim and horrible lighting most of the lamps didn’t work or flickered. No plugs at all or power strip to charge devices. Not bad for the location. Don't think I’d stay again Mgmt and Housekeeper were very nice and communicative during check in and check out.

Great location
This was a perfect space for our group of eight. Comfortable, tastefully decorated and plenty of space. Couldn’t ask for a better central location on the Strip. Beds were comfortable. All pillows and the main comforters are feather (just fyi for those with allergies). There is no place to hang clothing or extra towels except for a small coat closet near the kitchen. Also, one of the bathrooms doesn’t have a fan so can get a bit steamy. There is no view (faces a wall), but we didn’t spend a lot mof time in the condo so it didn’t bother us. We appreciated early check-in; Security didn’t have any record of our request so I called Melissa and she texted them. We used the Chelsea pool at The Cosmopolitan for no charge. It’s a really nice pool. Note that you can’t use the Boulevard pool without paying. The pool at Jockey club isn’t nearly as inviting. It’s a dark area that doesn’t seem to get sunlight - perhaps because of the net overhead. Overall, a great stay and decent value for the location.

The property was in a great location and the property contact, Melissa, was s very accommodating. She provided a nice welcome gift upon arrival and allowed us a late check out. I would say this property needs some updating and the pictures make it look better than what it is in person.

Overall my stay was great! The location was perfect! There was plenty of parking. The only cons were that the floors were very dirty upon arriving. I kept on changing both of my daughters’ socks because they kept on getting very dirty. Also, the bath tub in one of the restrooms was very slippery and my sister almost fell so we decided not to shower in that restroom for safety reasons. Other than that, the penthouse was very spacious for 6 adults and 2 children.
