●You will have access to the entire property! It'll feel like the park is part of your backyard because our back door opens up to the park!

Quiet and safe family neighborhood with lots of shopping/food plazas around.
Although the neighbors aren't SUPER strict, please still be respectful of noise level after 9PM and observe QUIET hours after 10PM

I highly recommend getting a rental car for your stay! The house is in an amazing central location where you are within a 5-minute drive to the local Walmart and also a great number of restaurants.

🅿️ PARKING/PARKING GARAGE:
Feel free to park in the driveway or along the street. There is plenty of parking space! Our garage is not available for guest use.

🚪 ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you the morning of check-in. The code is changed after every guest.

🏡 AMENITIES:
The house is fully equipped for your stay at the Tuscan Luau. Including a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, grooming and hygiene items, some pool noodles/inflatables are available (please return to outside storage).

🌊THE POOL AND SPA:
**Pool/spa hours are 7:00am-9:00pm.
**Pool and spa may be heated for a $55 gas fee per day (or $25 per day for spa-only).
**Spa heating (up to 104°F temp) is done remotely, so please message us when you would like spa heating turned on and off, with one-hour advance notice.
**Whole pool heating (up to 87°F temp) is done remotely and requires 24 hrs advance notice.
**Please use the pool net to catch any stray leaves. Pool is serviced every Monday and Friday but if you would like additional service during your stay, we can arrange that for an additional fee.
**All pump/heater controls are remote, please refrain from touching pool controls.

🦴 PETS:
We don't allow pets at this time but may in the future

📍THE LOCATION:
We recommend any shopping be done to the north or west of the house for a more relaxed setting. Plenty of shopping plazas and fast-food type restaurants around.

🌐INTERNET:
The house has 150mbps fast and reliable Internet throughout the property.
You can access your Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video, etc. accounts with the Smart TVs in the living room and Master Bedroom.

🌄OUTDOOR SPACE:
Outside dinner table and patio set for relaxing in the shade in the hot summer days!
✨PLEASE remember no glass by the deck of the pool/spa and pick up after your dinner reunions✨

👩🏻‍🍳BBQ Grill:
**Charcoal BBQ grill, grill tools, cleaning brush, and chimney starter included for your use!
**You will need to purchase your own charcoal, lighter cubes or lighter fluid, roasting pans, and heavy duty aluminum foil.

🌄OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:
Bring your frisbee or picnic basket and enjoy the park right in your backyard!

🛏️ BEDS/BATHROOMS:
There are 3 Queen beds (one per bedroom) which can accommodate up to 6 people. All bedrooms are upstairs, half bathroom downstairs, two full bathrooms upstairs (master bedroom has own bathroom). There is also enough space to bring an air mattress!

👨‍🍳 KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils, as well as a coffee machine, coffee, and assorted teas.

🧯 SECURITY:
Ring security cameras are located at the front of the house and in the backyard for your security. NO cameras inside the property.

📢 NOISE:
Minut noise monitoring (not recording) is active to alert for noises beyond 70dB during quiet hours (9pm-7am daily) outside. We love our neighbors and some of them work early hours.

🚭 SMOKING:
The smoking of tobacco, e-cigarette, or other products that produce a smoke or vapor is allowed only in the patio.
