Nice property close to downtown Las Vegas. Inside is very well appointed and very clean. Outside could use a little TLC and neighborhood is a little rough but overall very good experience.

The house was clean and looked just like the picture. We had easy access to get where we needed to be with close access to the freeway and attractions. We had an 18 month old with us and it was a safe environment for her. We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO.

The home was clean and well kept. Unfortunately, there was zero communication from the owner to any inquiries/questions. Our stay was a birthday celebration and we were able to get zero recommendations or answers to any questions.

Unexpected treasure. The neighborhood looked a little questionable & we were happily surprised how quiet & peaceful it was.Easy access to the strip, grocery stores 7 post office. The master bedroom could use some better window covering, but I like it dark. The master bath shower leaked & am more concerned about long term damage. We can tell they put a lot of sweat & equity into the place. Beautiful counter tops & appliances. Thank you.
