Clean room. Super basic! I rate this a 1 star below a Holiday Inn Express. Great location with access to everything. Just plan to walk to Walgreens for ground coffee, bottle water, and bring your own soap/shampoo. Basic but clean.

The place was very conveniently located on the strip and had what we needed for our stay. Very simple place, however the fridge did not really keep items cold. Our check in was a bit much as the host did not provide the front desk with our reservation info which caused a lengthy check in time. I will say that the people who worked there were extremely helpful and patient.

Great location. Easy to check in at 4pm. We got there earlier so they stored our bags till 4. Unit was clean and well kept. No view, but large window to let in the daylight. Would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be to include an ice bucket.

The location is very good. Getting to the Cosmopolitan is easy and access to the Cosmopolitan Uber pickup was very convenient. The room was mostly clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen amenities are dated. Overall, it could use some cosmetic work with regards to trim and touchup paint, especially in the bathroom and around the kitchen island - loose nails and unpainted wood isn’t good. With that and a new stove/oven and this would be a 4 to 4.5 star place easy.

The check in process was pretty easy. Just go to the security and they check you in and out. The location is great and easy to walk everywhere. If you stay at the rental, remember to take your own body wash, lotion, and bathroom stuff. The hotel housekeeping doesnt clean the room for you or give you extra towels. They will tell you to call front desk because your room is private own. My husband didn't like the bed. We kept sliding in the middle of the bed. Frank was a great help.

This was the perfect choice for 3 nights We have stayed at the Jockey Club many times through Timeshare. This is the first time we rented and we knew we would not have a view of the Bellagio fountains. We were barely in the room anyway. The owner replied quickly to questions. The unit was comfortable but not luxurious- not expected anyway. The pros: location! Free parking, very reasonable rates, kitchen, access to Cosmopolitan

Great communication. Love the Jockey club. Even easier check in when dealing with an owner. Best location on the strip. Get to use the cosmo pool. Elevator straight into the heart of the cosmo casino!

Don’t be fooled by the pictures.

This place is super run down, and grubby. There was food on the rugs and chairs. The bed is squeaky and the mattress is clapped out. If you lay down on the bed you roll to the middle. Check in room forever, I waited in a long line only to be told I had to go to a different place to check in. We didn’t spend the night, we went and paid for another hotel. The owner wouldn’t give us any money back and neither would Vrbo.

Great location on the strip

My wife and I stayed 3 days and had a wonderful stay. Jockey club is a little hard to find and you cannot use a ride share from here but we were very close to Cosmopolitan garage area. Listing pictures are not up to date but just different furniture which did not take away from stay. View out window is a/c vents of hotel next door. Noisy but not overly loud. Great location makes up for everything else. Comfortable bed and nice tv in sitting area. Would stay again.

The property was a great location. We stayed here in January. The pool was open year round and is heated. The hot tub is also year round. There was not a lot of instruction on how this worked so we struggled a bit at the beginning. You need to park in an area that I think states is parking for somewhere else, then walk in to get your keys. We stayed for 8 days/7 nights. Half way through our key stopped working, but they quickly reprogrammed us new ones.The parking garage was easy to find, but the instructions on the key pad were not as easy. We had to insert our key card into the MGM Rewards slot, not the place where it says room key. This took us 3 days before someone pointed that out to us. Made it a lot easier. The location is very central located. Easy to get to the strip and busses. The monorail is hard to find

Home from home in the heart of Vegas

Frank's place feels like your own condo, right in the heart of the Strip, walking distance to everything, but secluded enough that you can have a restful sleep! Super spacious, super clean, and has a fully equipped kitchen, allbeit a little dated, everything worked fine and we were able to cook breakfast each day! Ample space and a walk-in wardrobe! We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.. thanks Frank :)
