[b]RESORT ALERTS & CONSTRUCTION UPDATES[/b]

• [b]Villa Refurbishment Notice:[/b] From June 7, 2026, through October 4, 2026, Marriott’s Grand Chateau will be undergoing scheduled villa refurbishments. Work will occur daily during daytime hours. Please anticipate intermittent construction noise during this time frame. All other primary resort pools, dining venues, and amenities remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

• [b]Package Delivery Protocol:[/b] Incoming guest packages are accepted and handled 24/7 by our Safety & Security team. All incoming packages weighing over 1 pound will incur a standard handling fee based on weight. The designated recipient must be present with a valid photo ID at the time of delivery or lobby pickup.

[b]HELPFUL RESORT INFORMATION[/b]

• Check-In Requirements: The primary guest registered on the reservation must be a minimum of 21 years of age at check-in. You must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a matching physical credit card upon arrival. Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM.

• 24-Hour Resort Services: Front desk and security teams are staffed around the clock to assist with safe-deposit boxes, professional concierge bookings, and secure package management.

• Standard Checkout Time is strictly 10:00 AM.

• Strict Smoking Policy: We are fully committed to a smoke-free environment. This applies to all villas, suites, patios, and balconies. Please consult your resort map for designated outdoor smoking spaces. Violations are subject to a mandatory $250 cleaning charge.

• Strict Pet Policy: Completely pet-free property. Pets are strictly not allowed. Certified service animals performing designated legal tasks are welcome.

• Cashless Operations Note: Limited cash is accepted directly at the main Front Desk. Credit cards and direct room charges are the only accepted forms of payment at all other resort amenities, marketplaces, and bar locations.

• Incidental Hold Deposit: A temporary authorization hold of $250 is standard at check-in to secure resort charging privileges. Unused holds are released automatically at checkout and typically take 3–7 business days to clear depending on your banking institution.

• [b]Resort Pool Safety Infrastructure:** No lifeguards are on duty at the rooftop pool, 5th-floor pool, or hot tub areas. Children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times while enjoying the aquatic facilities.

[b]IMPORTANT NOTICE:[/b]

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
