As a guest at Luxe Condo Suite, you'll also have access to lots of amenities, fitness center, a spa, swimming pools, and a range of world-class restaurants and bars. Whether you're in the mood for a quick workout, a relaxing massage, or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips. A short walk on level 2 via Skywalk connects you to Palms Casino, access to varying restaurants, food court, movie theater, bars, and magical nightlife. On level 6, is access to the gym offers gorgeous views of the Las Vegas Strip, and iconic Laguna Restaurant and pool.

The Laguna (located on the 6th floor) and Soak pools are seasonal pools open during the summer and spring seasons. Hours may vary based on weather (never open 24 hours). Closed during the winter season (varies year to year)

The decor is modern and tasteful, with a minimalist color palette of dark brown, white, and silver, accented by pops of rich jewel tones. The furniture is comfortable and stylish, with a plush seating queen-size pull-out sofa, a cozy king-sized bed, and a luxurious spa-style bathroom complete with a deep-soaking tub and walk-in shower.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a mini-fridge, ice machine, dishwasher, stove-top, and microwave, as well as a selection of gourmet cookware and utensils, making it easy to whip up a quick meal or entertain guests. The dining area features a stylish table with seating for two, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a romantic dinner or breakfast.

Palms Place REQUIRES a security deposit of $100 per night (max of $500 per stay). This covers any incidental expenses such as in-room movies, in-room dining, restaurant charges etc. that may arise during your guest's stay. The authorization hold will be released and refunded to the guest upon checkout should if no additional charges incurred.

Must be 21 years of age to check in.

Daily HOUSEKEEPING is not included. Only 3 sets of towels are provided by Palms Housekeeping at check-in. Palms Place can provide additional towels and toiletries upon request for a fee. PLEASE CONTACT THE FRONT DESK.
Palms Place resort provides down feather pillows in the suite. If needing a non-hypoallergenic pillow(s), Palms Place can provide one for a nominal fee.
Three (3) bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 face towels are provided.
Rollaway beds are an additional $35 per night, plus applicable taxes. Based on availability and can be requested upon check-in with the front desk.

Early check-ins and late check outs are allowed on a case-by-case basis and subject to an additional charge(s). Any requests for an early check-in or check-out over 4 hours could incur up to 2x the nightly rate. Must notify host 24-hours prior to arrival or departure.
