Overall place was great. Very clean and great room close to sphere and the strip. The bartender and staff were very friendly. Free shuttle was a great perk. I was disappointed with the times share talk and pressure . This would be my only deterrent from staying at one of these again.

Convenient and comfortable stay

If you are tried of the noise and the crowd of Las Vegas strip, but do not want to be far away, this is the place.The property is showing a bit of age, but it makes up for it in clean maintenance, spacious layout, and the comfort of full kitchen and in-unit laundry equipment. Although there's a free parking, if you prefer not to drive to the strip, there's a convenient shuttle.If you want to take a break, there's a decent fitness facility, spa, and swimming pools with BBQ. Nothing fancy like the 5-star resorts on the strip, however.My only quibble is the check-in process, which leads to a timeshare sales pitch.

Poor Customer Relations

I don't know who is responsible, the host or the resort, but neither one addressed this issue. I received an email before my trip that if a guest was checking in earlier than me I should provide the contact info. I did that. When I arrived, everything was shifted into my guest's name as the primary and no one would shift it back to me. I booked it and paid for it. Yet the welcome gift was sent to my guest, the credit card on file was initially my guest's (which I was able to change) and other interactions were referring to my guest as the main party. Maybe this wouldn't have happened if the host was an individual and not a corporation - I just don't know.

Timeshare meeting

Asked to attend vacation timeshare meeting since I booked my stay from an owner of the facility and they wanted me to sign up. Terrible experience. Went with my mother and I finally had to just get up and leave they just kept hounding me. They told my mother she could not leave, she is 85 years old until I came back and signed out. Had to have another family member go and tell them they could not hold her hostage. Will never book at a Wyndum facility ever again

Nice spot off the strip

This was our second stay at this location. We enjoy staying off the strip and the Wyndham's location just off the strip is perfect. We like being able to get to our car without a valet or having to walk through a casino or walk 2 miles to get to it. The room was just as described and great with a large soaking tub, a kitchen, living room, and plenty of space to spread out. The property is in pretty good shape, though we didn't use any amenities (like the pool cause it's January). We avoided the timeshare pitch last time but sat through it this time. The "90 minute pitch" took almost 3 hours. The gift vacation they give you isn't nearly as easy to use as they describe it. We won't be sitting through that again, but we will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Family Holiday

Rented the two bed, two bath and the layout and space was great. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the dishwasher and in-suite laundry. The kitchen had the basics and it was clean. The location was walkable to the strip and a few other amenities. Parking was easy and road access was good.The games room was way smaller than I thought, and you are guided to a timeshare person upon check in. We found the pool too cool to swim (here for Christmas) and the hot tubs were very small.

Perfect getaway!

We only stayed for a weekend, but as soon as we arrived we wished we had booked it for longer! The unit was spacious and cozy, which felt far more relaxing than a traditionally cramped hotel room. The staff at the location were so kind and helpful during the check-in/out process. Also, the host was extremely thorough with communication upfront, so there was no confusion. Can’t wait to stay here again!
