Our property is located in Southwest Vegas and just about 15 minute drive from the center of the Las Vegas Strip.

Our place is situated in a a quiet, newly built community where parking is safe and secure. The neighborhood was just built in 2022. You can get to many attractions in just a few minutes, making our home is a perfect choice for your holiday stay.

Our home is a tri level home that boasts 2 separate living rooms, a family room, a separate dining room, a workspace with its own desk and a very strong air conditioning unit.

The garage and 1 bedroom with its own living room and bathroom are on the ground floor with the kitchen and living room located on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor contains 4 spacious bedrooms that have great serene breezes.

As we take lots of pride in maintaining cleanliness, each mattress comes equipped with a waterproof & bed bug proof mattress cover.

2 Garage parking spaces are provided.

The house can easily accommodate 10 people. However, there are two sofas in the 2 different living rooms that can fit 3 more people, if needed.



Guest Access/Interaction:
You may gain access to the home anytime after check-in with a door code.

The home is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked maid's closet.

We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises.

I take pride in ensuring that the home is extremely well cleaned between every stay. This is the best location to stay if you are coming to visit Vegas. There are so many restaurants and shopping within a 5 minute drive. I will go out of my way and beyond to make your stay awesome!
