2 sovrum och ett badrum ....... hus med bekväma vardagsrum alla svarta skinnsoffor och kök mycket trevligt matrum ett ... stor veranda med sittplatser och trädgård med bekvämligheter som ping pong fotboll och barrel grill ... min egendom är en stor eftersom det är bekvämt att Hoover dammen 30 minuter bort också sjön mead 20 minuter bort och solnedgång och fiesta casino 7 minuter bort .... Las Vegas strip är 18 minuter bort som ger alla populära evenemang och aktiviteter som pågår i den vackra staden i södra Nevada så att alla platser är mycket praktiska
... uber eller lyft rekommenderas om det inte finns någon bil .... även vattenparken Cowabunga Bay ligger 5 minuter från fastigheten .... Det finns många saker att göra med familjen också .... centrum Henderson är en 7 minuters bilresa från huset ... och Las Vegas centrum är mindre än 20 minuter från huset .... mycket billiga uber och Lyft åkattraktioner ....

We had a lovely stay. The home is well equipped, homely and in a quiet neighbourhood. We didn’t have a car but managed to walk or use local transport for most things. The only and BIG NEGATIVE is that both the beds were VERY NOISY and so we opted for the sofas. This needs to be addressed by the owners as we have noticed it in previous reviews.

Relaxing House

Nice ,cozy, very comfortable house. Host was very easy to contact. And was very quick to respond to my request. After an evening in Vegas the hot tub was very relaxing. Excellent host.

Beautiful cosy home away from home! Was clean and the host had great communication and was quick to fix any issues that we had during our stay. Neighbourhood was quiet and the spa was a delight! Would definitely love to rebook one day!

Lovely little house

My only “complaint” is that I wish this property had been available for both nights we were staying in the Vegas area! It was a cute little home in a neighborhood of similarly sized homes. The place was clean and cozy, and gets 5 stars for being just as advertised. Since we just stayed 1 night we didn’t take advantage of using the kitchen but it seemed reasonably prepped for use in my brief poking around. We did take advantage of the washer/dryer (we’d been camping!) and also the kids and I used the hot tub (following house rules!) the next morning. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

This place was perfect for us. The hot tube was great. Not far from the Vegas strip. Nice neighborhood. I would definitely recommend. Nice clean two bedroom house with everything you needed to relax . Thanks Luke

Okay, but not for us.

Property was pretty good all around. Didn't realize the neighborhood (not our kind of neighborhood, little more rough looking than I wanted) the neighborhood was quiet and fine though. Didn't love the gate at the front entry we had to open and close every time we left and came with our car. The bathroom vanity is really low, my kid could wash his hands without a stool, but I had to bend in half to wash my hands. Beds are very squeaky. Temperature throughout the house seemed very inconsistent. Didn't love how much one room could be cool and another hot.

Good Location

We stayed 2 nights at the end of a 2-week trip around the Grand Canyon. The location was good for our day trips to Hoover Dam and Death Valley along with car rental return, to airport. House worked well for us and owner was responsive to questions.

This cozy two bedroom house is conveniently located near downtown Henderson and Las Vegas. It has a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and tv with all streaming services. We did not use the hot tub. The property is older and In the process of being remodeled.

Perfect for small family

Everything was clean and comfy. I loved the fact that there were plenty of beds and mattresses for everyone (and extras)! They provided everything from the bathroom to the kitchen to the backyard. I would definitely come back.

Was a decent location . The host is very particular in his accommodations. He over steps his boundaries as far as a host. Defiantly won’t be booking again . Has a lot of notes around the property of instructions which to me doesn’t represent vacation or in town on business . Doesn’t feel like your on vacation, but your staying at a over bearing parents house. I got unnecessary calls early in regards to things that if I would of booked with a airbnb or stayed at Encore resort, as I originally so when in town wouldn't have to deal with . Very unprofessional . As well as later on I was notified that the sheets I had been sleeping on weren’t properly sterilized. Would not recommend . My first time trying this app was not impressed.

Great rental stay for NYE weekend

This home is spacious for 3-4 ppl, great location to the strip (Uber $20-25), Hoover Dam and Red Rock Mountain 30 mins away and 2hr drive to Grand Canyon west. Liquor store 5 min walk and Walmart $10 Uber ride or 10 min drive. Place is clean with amenities in cabinets. Hot tub and grill are a plus. Communication was great with host. Neighborhood is clean, quiet and safe. Would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay

Clean and well kept

Owners were very kind and replied to any inquiries we had in a short amount of time. House was neat and clean. The neighborhood looks a little rough but it was quiet and we had no problems at all.

Nice gathering place

I went to meet friends and we needed the place to sleep and cook meals - this need was met nicely. This place could easily be 5 stars with a little work. The back yard was in need of work. The ping pong table was in pieces behind the shed. The house also had too many air fresheners. It was overwhelming. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. We had a wonderful time in the space.

not good

pulled up to property, had bars on windows and doors which made us feel uncomfortable, the next day the police showed up next door which made us feel more uncomfortable. The place needs some TLC, weeds all over in the back yard etc. The house was full of deorderizers which smelled to high heaven, we had to search hi and low to remove them as my wife is allergic to scents. I would not reccommend this place to anyone I like. the carpet seemed to be dirty, we felt is was a party house used as a VRBO rental.

This is a no-frills abode in need of a good cleaning. Bedding was sketchy, kitchen & bath were not very clean. Floor was gritty in living room.The kitchen wasn't cleaned. The comforter in the guest had a weird stain on it. Bars on doors and windows make you wonder why. Very uncomfortable beds. Needs a bunch of TLC.
