Just 13 miles to the Las Vegas strip and 10.4 miles to the airport, this entertainer's dream offers a Blackjack table, pool table, PS4, Jenga, cornhole, dartboard, Lifesize connect 4, shuffleboard and loads of table games for your entertainment. Fully stocked with plush towels, cotton sheets and over the top mattresses for your comfort. Head outdoors to the amazing backyard with a heated pool, diving board, BBQ and dining area. Relax on the balcony in the padded hammock under the stars. This is your home away from home!

Plenty of space to lounge around and loads of shopping within minutes of this amazing residence. This residence, located in a quiet neighborhood, will ensure you have an outstanding Vegas Vacation! Extra safety Pool features are available as we have child safety bracelets with a monitoring alarm, and a pool fence installed. Pack and Plays are available upon request. Certified and approved through the city of Henderson as a Vacation rental.

HEATED SPA – This Spa is heated year-round for no additional charge.

HEATED POOL - This is a seasonal pool. Pool heating is available upon request for the months of October through March, subject to an additional daily charge. This request MUST be sent to the Host(s) no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival.

Our daughters and son in law all met up together with us in Vegas for a weekend. We loved relaxing around the pool, in the comfortable living room, and playing pool upstairs. The whole house is inviting and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds were all super comfortable with buttery soft sheets. The host made sure to check in with us to make sure things were satisfactory and was also kind enough to allow us to arrive and leave a little late. Overall, this house was a dream. We will definitely be back.

Relaxing and Welcoming

The house was clean and true to the photos. I was hesitant to rent a house with a pool because I have not had great success in the past. This pool was immaculate and beautiful! The hot tub was perfect for achy muscles after a day of walking and sight seeing. We had no problem getting an Uber to take us to the stadium and the strip and back again. Eddie and Michelle were wonderful hosts and were attentive and responsive. We felt welcome and this made for a very relaxing stay. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and the backyard is very private and tranquil. That is just what we were looking for.

We had an amazing stay in this home! Property was just as advertised and more. Nice touch to have snacks and treats available throughout the home, kids loved the candy! My favorite was the black jack table, we all played some hands, so much fun! Pool was refreshing.We will be back for future trips!!

Hot tub

The hot tub jets do not work. The bed downstairs made my body hurt and the friends that stayed with me said the other beds did the same. It might just be us but that's my take. Other than that the house was great I highly recommend the stay!

Amazing stay

We rented this house with another family and it was perfect. Plenty of rooms and beds. The master bedroom is spacious and so comfortable. The sheets were amazingly soft and comfortable. The pool is a rare treat with the diving board and deep end. The hot tub was great too! The gazebo is perfect for hanging outside. We used the grill and that was so convenient. Overall would 100% recommend!

First trip to Nevada!!!

I’ve never had a property owner contact us directly and ask if everything was ok. Eddie gave us recommendations on what to do and what to see. The house is gorgeous and the kids said it was the most beautiful view they’ve ever seen while watching the sunset on the second story deck. The pool got a lot of use as well! Highly, highly recommend!

Great for our family

Our hosts checked on us early and were responsive to messages. The home was clean and well equipped with all the necessary things. The candy bars were a fun surprise for the kids. The pool table, board games and cornhole were nice for family entertainment. There were plenty of towels for the pool. The pool and spa were wonderful! Plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. (Maybe its just us, but we always have to buy more than what's in the house. Not this time.) The sofa in the living room was broken on one side. It wasn't a super big deal but it did surpriseme when I leaned against it. We would stay again.

Quiet TIme Required by Guests, Not Property Owner

We had a two night stay with my family, including young kids. We selected this property due to the heated pool and spa. Before we departed we had at least 4 reminders about quiet time from 10am - 10pm. Absolutely no hot tub or pool use before or after those hours. or Henderson could result in $1,000 fine. So after a very late Friday night in Vegas, we all agreed to sleep in, do a late breakfast and wait until 10am for the kids to swim before we packed up and left. At 8:15am my daughter and young kids were awakened out sire her window with leaf blowers and yard edgers. Are you kidding me? We were blasted with notices about quiet time and yet were awakened almost two hours before 10am. Very disappointed. My wife, who also suffers from insomnia was furious. Seems very hypocritical to me!!!!
