Our Guest Casita is perfect for business or pleasure travel. Walking distance to local park, walking distance to RTC Bus Route. 31 days or more. Less than 5 miles to Downtown Las Vegas and 4 miles from the Las Vegas Strip.
This adorable Casita Includes a private laundry area, kitchenette area along with wifi and Access to Netflix. Comfortable work station with computer table and ergonomic chair with ample room. Guests will enjoy the premium lounge chair and ottoman for tv viewing or relaxing.
The space
This Cozy Casita has ample parking available in front. Parking is steps away from the private front door entrance. Our host will greet you and keys are available when you arrive. We do not offer self check-in. We greet all guests. This is a Quite neighborhood but easily accessible for shopping. Easily able to access freeway and close to many tourist attractions such as the Las Vegas strip, Downtown Las Vegas, Red Rock, Mt. Charleston, Hoover Dam, Death Valley and Valley of fire, Tecopa, just to name a few. Our place is optimal for a comfortable stay with excellent amenities.
Please note this casita has a private bathroom, shower, sink closet area with a Door that locks, a private living space with front Door entrance only with a dead bolt locks, plus a private laundry area with a door.

Smoking and Vaping is allowed out front of the Casita. We will gladly provide a chair & ashtray for your comfort.

Laundry and Kitchenware supplies are accessible. Along with most comforts of home away from home. Need something special let us know. Our Cozy Casita follows Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocols. During your stay, don’t hesitate to ask.
