“The rooms are nice and cozy and clean however the bath robes could have been more cleaner as I found other people’s hair on them. That said everything else was great. The rooms were nice and cozy although I really think they should’ve put water for guests in a five star resort there really should’ve been bottled water there is nothing. “Interlaken är inte en speciellt mysig by, men detta hotell hade viss charm. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och vi fick ett rum längt upp med terrass. Lite udda rum, men stort och fint med fin utsikt. Hotellfrukosten var väldigt bra. Hotellet var nära till stationen. Hotellet var inte värt priset, men Interlaken var väldigt dyrt.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated with charming vintage pieces that gave the space a unique, historical feel. The staff speaks perfect English, making communication effortless, and they were helpful throughout our visit. A major highlight was the spa, which is absolutely amazing and well worth the time. While the variety of food in the restaurant is a bit limited, everything we ordered tasted incredible. Quality definitely wins over quantity here!...

“Very nice place and very kind front desk staff that was very helpful. The room was alright and the breakfast was great. The only thing that could be worth clarifying in the hotel description is that the hotel is only reachable via cable car since the hotel is located right up by the moutains. We had a great overall experience and it was fun having to take the cable car up to the mountains, it just took us a while to figure out how to get to the hotel since the GPS couldn't find it.”

“Supercharmigt hotell! När vi var där var under lågsäsong och därför inte så mycket personal. Men de som var där var mycket trevliga. Hotellet hade också trevliga sällskapsutrymmen med honesty bar. Fin bastu och bra frukost. Inget att klaga på. Vi provade inte hotellets restaurang. ”

“Mycket bra Hotell som uppfyller allt man kan begära. Bra personal som arbetar här och du blir sedd som gäst och du har alltid någon att fråga. Hotellet är lagom stort. Detta kan jag rekommendera. ”
