“This was our second time staying here. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for the beach as well as a well stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee, spices and oils. The views are amazing. We spent many nights star gazing and the days in awe of the mountains and ocean views. Wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay.”

“Lovely clean property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owner is a dream to work with. We used Rabaca's shuttle service during our trip for cat sanctaury and beach visits and they were amazing. House walkable to town, but yet in a quiet part of town. With all the beautiful art in house, like staying in a gallery. :) Full kitchen and washer/dryer fabulous. Hope to return soon.”

“Great property for 4 people, the house is well equipped with all of the comforts of home. Very clean and comfortable with 2 good sized bedrooms, plus a separate little room with a pull out sofa. One of the bathrooms had a huge shower with dual shower heads and a washer and dryer. I would recommend highly recommend this property. If you do book this property, follow up with the management company to confirm your reservation, I got to the property and the office is closed, so we Googled the phone...

“This vacation rental was absolutely amazing along with accommodating every families separated needs. The beds and pillows were a quality that exceeded everyone’s expectations with comfort. The house was immaculate and the cleanliness made me feel like I was at home. The beach was the nicest beach we saw in Maui. With several sea turtles and wildlife right next to the beach the entertainment and memories were priceless. The property management team went above and beyond.”

“Large house that easily accommodated our family. Outside deck has fabulous ocean views. Whales and sea turtles were abundant and great to watch. The house was fairly well appointed, but a bit dated. Upstairs shower leaked into the master bathroom. Wine coolers did not cool. Communication with the property team was excellent and they checked in with us throughout our stay. Overall an excellent property.”

“This place was perfect for our family of 13. Kihei was the perfect place to stay at on Maui - it was close to everything, and Kihei itself was beautiful and had plenty of amazing food options. Our host was so friendly and accommodating. We didn’t need much from him because we had everything we could possibly need when we arrived. I wish we didn’t have to leave we could have stayed there forever!”

“We just spent 10 wonderful days at this home and enjoyed every minute of it. Very private but good availability to the beach and near to lots of attractions and shopping in Kihei/Wailea area. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for large groups and has high-end appliances. Our son is a chef so he really enjoyed that. Janna is by far the best host/property manager we've ever had on the island. Johnny on the spot when you need her, but unobtrusive otherwise. Looking forward to next year..”

“Things we really enjoyed: fantastic location only 15 mins from airport; ocean view from our patio door; literally steps from the beach (loved our walks on the beach in the early morning ); updated kitchen with large island, nice parking spot , air conditioning and very quiet area. Things to improve the stay: screen door would not fully close and because of the little flies we always had to keep patio door always closed; need for a dresser or luggage rack to place suitcase. Didn’t mind the bed or...

“We love, Napili Bay, and the location of this property is amazing - All we had to do is walk across the street to the beach!! Lots of beach toys available in the garage, including beach chairs. Garage held both of our cars nicely and was very safe. Every room and kitchen was well appointed, clean, and very comfortable - there was even a light in the closet, which would’ve been the only thing I would’ve suggested, but don’t have to. Communication has been so easy and timely!”
