“Great apartment with everything we needed and excellent location for All Star Village!”

“attended the blue's festival was a great time. we were right across the street from it a short walk. the apartment was an old Victorian home with charm. there was a couple things that needed repair, the kitchen faucet came off and the floors were dirty. We were not in the apartment very much so it really wasn't a big deal”

“This apartment was perfect in location to the Cooperstown All Star complex. Craig and Mindy were wonderful hosts and had great communication. The apartment has everything you need to cook and save some money on food. Being pet friendly allowed us to bring our new puppy as well. If my daughter plays again next year, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks again! ”

“Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. ”
