From the gracious hospitality of Ivano the owner, to the talented professional private driver and chef, our group was pampered and cared for during our entire stay. We created many fond memories in this charming and relaxing villa. We highly recommend it for family or friends seeking a fun Italian getaway.”

“The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beaches of Anzio. The big garden, terrace and pool invite to relax. For those who want to visit Rome, it is very convenient to use the nearby (15m walk) train station Villa Claudia. The hosts are very friendly and the house was in a very good condition. We were able to wLk a very short distance to coffee shop, several ristorantes and pizzeria. Supermercato is close by as well. I enjoyed sitting in the back under the canopy during the day and late at night. Neighborhood is very quiet. I loved the mattress and bedding on the double bed in rom with half bath. “une précision pour commencer : il s'agit (pour des français) d'un rez-de-jardin dont l'escalier intérieur ,est en colimaçon. Points forts : loueurs sympathiques et serviables, petit jardin bien ombragé, très grands rangements, moustiquaires, plage à proximité immédiate et crucial pour nous (!) plage pour chiens vers lido dei pini. Petites faiblesses : stationnement sur la voie publique parfois un peu difficile, absence de wifi, absence de climatisation,route très passante.”

“Wir haben es sehr genossen in dem gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus eine Woche zu verbringen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Garten war sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Die Billardplatte im Keller war täglich über Stunden in Benutzung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich. Die Wege zum Meer und zur Eisdiele waren sehr kurz. Rundum hat es uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen.”

“If you want quiet and remote spot this is a perfect place. You will need your car as there are no taxis and train station is not that close on hilly road. Nice little getaway from all location. Hosts are very nice ans house is well kept.”

“The Villa was spacious, but needed a few things added to make it more convenient for a family, which is what this Villa is aimed at. A Microwave would be useful, more racks in the oven as one is not enough. The TV needs to be sattelite connected or free view as we used an IPad to get the programmes we wanted and yes famalies will have evenings in. If possible full WiFi rather than a SIM. Lastly, seating. With the potential for sleeping 8 people a settee for 3 is not enough. Stefano however was...
