We had an issue with the A/C but the property manager was very responsive and resolve it quickly. I would recommend this place for someone or a couple who wants to tour Paris around for a few days”

“Everything was as advertised. We were a party of 12 (8 adults and 4 kids) and really enjoyed the spacious apartment. We loved the kitchen island set up with chairs around it. It was a nice place to hangout after the kids went to bed. Kitchen also had all of the required utensils to make quick food for kids - sandwiches, eggs etc. The living area had comfortable couches and a large TV. “Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

“dirty. bathroom sink, sheets, carpet were all dirty. the fire alarm ONLY in our unit went off at 3 in the morning and we had to stand on the counter to turn it off. we didn’t cook anything, it just went off. it’s really crowded and if the bed is down you cannot move freely. shower so small you can’t ever be out of the water. no paper towels provided only one kitchen cloth. AND they provide plates and cutlery but want you to wash them. ok that’s pretty normal, right? NO you have to buy a sponge...

“Loved the apartment! Great location - metro was available around the corner but almost everything was within walking distance! The apartment itself was very roomy and loved that there was an extra powder room available. Would have appreciated an extra set of keys - it was difficult to coordinate when my daughter and I had different plans. It would have been impossible if there had been more of us.”
