“The location of this sweet property is perfect. It is close to everything but on a quiet street. In spring and summer it doesn't matter which way you walk, the entire neighborhood is like a flower show. There were some problems that were not the owner's fault but definitely their problem and when I let them know they were really nice about it. Best of all, the check out was super easy with no long list of chores before you leave. Clean and cozy.”

“This is a basement apartment, definitely not a palace. The listing is misleading. It was unclear that the unit is directly below a family home, in which you can hear constant plodding and walking around. You can even see lights from the stairwell that goes up into the family home. Few windows, it is dark with little light. The unit was clean and extremely spacious, almost in a weird way-Okay for a short 1 night but not somewhere comfortable to spend lots of time. “This is a small townhouse in a modest neighborhood. We felt safe and although the property was small we made it work for our family of five. We were traveling with our 3 college aged daughters. The second bedroom was perfect for them. We had an issue with the electricty but the host was incredibly responsive and it was restored in about 5 minutes. The property was very clean. It had wall units for AC which kept us cool. We stayed in a previous property on this trip which was not the case---...

“This is a very cute, clean apartment. Two-levels, kitchen and sitting area downstairs and bed, sofa, tv, bathroom upstairs. We had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces. We used the jacuzzi and deck furniture. There was also a little area for sitting with a gas fireplace. I would definitely rent here again. Hopefully it’s available on our next trip to Eugene!”

“Convenient location to University of Oregon. Walking distance to restaurants and a good bakery/coffee shop (Southpine Bakery). House is new and clean. Communication with host was easy. Would stay here again!”
