• This recently furnished charming vacation home is truly designed for living in the mountains. On the main floor, the master bedroom/bath features a queen bed, Jacuzzi tub, shower, walk-in closet. The main floor also includes a fireplace, powder room, and nice-sized laundry room with washer/dryer, perfect for hanging/storing winter gear and drying out your ski clothes at the end of the day. The upper level includes a cozy loft, perfect for curling up with a good book, 2 queen bedrooms and full bathroom.

• A fully-equipped kitchen with pantry basics, spices, and a large dining table make in-home meals convenient, and many of the restaurants deliver. (Rudloof's Pizza, LaJavelina and Kristall's are just steps away from the house, but if adventuring downtown, be sure to check out Stein, Colchuck's, Sulla Vita, Larch, and Icicle Brewing Company)

PLEASE NOTE, our permit with Leavenworth to rent this home allows a maximum of:
6 (six) people (excluding children under the age of 6). Failure to comply could result in a fine issued by the City which will be charged to the booking guest and a request for extra guests to vacate in order to ensure compliance with the City code.

Family Vacation
Every year we take a family vacation and this year was in Leavenworth! The house was juat as listed. We had an issue with lights not working. Terry came right over and resolved the problem. Great location! Will return soon.

Gorgeous
This property is our favorite in Leavenworth. The house is beautiful, super clean, and so well equipped. The view is amazing, and the location is fantastic. Super close to downtown, just a short easy walk. Terry is a fantastic host. This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely be returning!

So Much Fun!!
What a great weekend away. The location of this house was so perfect. Very close walk to town so we never had to drive anywhere. The layout of the house was very spacious and comfortable. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The check in and out process was so smooth and easy. The owner is very friendly. She lives next door and even though we didn’t need anything, it was nice knowing she would be there if we needed help. I can’t wait to come back this summer to float the river. We will definitely rent this house again.

Excellent Property
The location of the property was excellent and very walkable to downtown Leavenworth. We parked our cars at the property and didn't move them once to tour all things downtown Leavenworth during Oktoberfest when parking can be an extreme challenge. Terry (the owner) was very communicative during our stay and had excellent local knowledge which was very helpful. The property itself had great views of the river, was very well appointed on the inside and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property for your stay in Leavenworth.

Christmas Magic
This property was exceptional to stay at for our Christmas holiday. The location cannot be beat, off main road yet within walking distance to the magical Bavarian center. Terry is an exceptional host and always very helpful and positive. We set out to have a cozy family holiday with baking and cooking dinners together. The house was the perfect background to experience our family all together in one spot. There was a convenient outlet outside near driveway to plug in our car as temps dropped and depleted charge. I’m not sure there is any better place to stay. It was a bucket list Christmas!

Amazing!
Terry has the most beautiful and well located house in Leavenworth! Wow! We enjoyed spending time in the house and we walked to a nearby park for sledding and then walked into town for dinner and to shop. We will be back for sure!!!

Location Location Location!
This place was perfect for our family of six. We enjoyed our short walk into town everyday. The house was clean and Terry communicated during the entire process of our stay. I would recommend this properties if you to be in the downtown area of Leavenworth. We love everything about our stay.
