Family Vacation
Every year we take a family vacation and this year was in Leavenworth! The house was juat as listed. We had an issue with lights not working. Terry came right over and resolved the problem. Great location! Will return soon.

Gorgeous
This property is our favorite in Leavenworth. The house is beautiful, super clean, and so well equipped. The view is amazing, and the location is fantastic. Super close to downtown, just a short easy walk. Terry is a fantastic host. This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely be returning!

So Much Fun!!
What a great weekend away. The location of this house was so perfect. Very close walk to town so we never had to drive anywhere. The layout of the house was very spacious and comfortable. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The check in and out process was so smooth and easy. The owner is very friendly. She lives next door and even though we didn’t need anything, it was nice knowing she would be there if we needed help. I can’t wait to come back this summer to float the river. We will definitely rent this house again.

Excellent Property
The location of the property was excellent and very walkable to downtown Leavenworth. We parked our cars at the property and didn't move them once to tour all things downtown Leavenworth during Oktoberfest when parking can be an extreme challenge. Terry (the owner) was very communicative during our stay and had excellent local knowledge which was very helpful. The property itself had great views of the river, was very well appointed on the inside and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property for your stay in Leavenworth.

Christmas Magic
This property was exceptional to stay at for our Christmas holiday. The location cannot be beat, off main road yet within walking distance to the magical Bavarian center. Terry is an exceptional host and always very helpful and positive. We set out to have a cozy family holiday with baking and cooking dinners together. The house was the perfect background to experience our family all together in one spot. There was a convenient outlet outside near driveway to plug in our car as temps dropped and depleted charge. I’m not sure there is any better place to stay. It was a bucket list Christmas!

Amazing!
Terry has the most beautiful and well located house in Leavenworth! Wow! We enjoyed spending time in the house and we walked to a nearby park for sledding and then walked into town for dinner and to shop. We will be back for sure!!!

Location Location Location!
This place was perfect for our family of six. We enjoyed our short walk into town everyday. The house was clean and Terry communicated during the entire process of our stay. I would recommend this properties if you to be in the downtown area of Leavenworth. We love everything about our stay.

Great holiday stay!
The property was very nice and amenities were great. Our family of four had a great time in the spacious home and enjoyed a quiet holiday in Leavenworth. Terry was very responsive in everything from check in to checkout and regularly in touch to ensure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The gift basket and welcome note was a fun and warming touch when we arrived! Location is perfect walking distance from downtown Leavenworth. Will definitely consider this place again in the summer to make use of the deck and river view as well as do all the outdoor activities nearby.

Lovely Home with view
Terry is certainly one of the best host we’ve had. Her home is very lively with beautiful view. It is stocked with everything you can think of. She even leaves cookies, snacks and a bottle of wine for guests. We all had the most wonderful time! Thank you Terry!

Absolutely Perfect!
What a stellar property! Clean and perfect for the 5 of us. Everything was spotless and organized. Loved the gift basket with organic treats/wine and even organic spices too that we could access in the cupboard. Loved the games and puzzles offered as well! View was beautiful of the river and Terry was so kind and helpful. We could walk to beautiful hiking and easy access to downtown...minutes away! We'd love to come back!!

A beautiful house with beautiful views
My friends and I were looking for somewhere to stay during our mountain getaway and I am so glad we found this house so close to downtown Leavenworth. The host was so kind and welcoming during the check in process. She showed us the property, recommended hikes & restaurants, and even left us the nicest gift basket to enjoy during our stay. The house was perfect for our group with spacious bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen, and a large living room perfect for playing card games and catching up. Aside from the house itself, I think our favorite part of our stay was the beautiful view of the river! I can't recommend this property enough and hope to stay here again soon.

Perfect place for a weekend stay in Leavenworth
This house was the perfect place for a long weekend with the family in Leavenworth. It is an easy walk to downtown and parks for the kids. The house is perfectly situated, with a fantastic view. Family weekend
My family and I went to Leavenworth to run the 1/2 marathon. In person was canceled, but it did not matter! We had a fabulous weekend! The hiking was breath taking! The rental was amazing!! Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed!! It was located right next to downtown we could walk easily and not have to find parking! Terry was an awesome host! Check in and out was simple and she was quick to answer any questions! I would highly recommend this place and we hope to stay here next year!

Perfect Stay!
We had a group of 6 friends that visited Leavenworth and stayed at this wonderful house. The house was immaculate and the attention to detail outstanding. Terry was the most gracious host. She made us feel very welcome and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The house was just a short walk to all of the downtown shops, restaurants and attractions. The view from the deck was terrific. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The house and our stay was better than we had expected. Highly recommended!

Early Autumn Stay
This house was perfect. Location is great: on the edge of town so a very short walk to everything, but also where the neighborhoods start so that we had quiet, garden, and river views. Very, very clean and functional. Everything we could have wanted/needed. House matches the online photos. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Totally recommended.

Awesome stay
We really enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful, upscale house in a perfect location. Although close to other houses, it was very quiet sitting on the deck enjoying the view. Short walk to town and within a short drive to fantastic hikes. The house is very well stocked, and the welcome basket was a nice touch. Terry is very responsive as a host. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Leavenworth.

Great getaway close to town

Very convenient location
Very impressed with the location and convenience to town. The listing makes it appear to be on the river, it is not, but a short walk and you are able to access. One room had dirty sheets upon check in, master bed comforter smelled of sweat or b.o. We covered the one sheets and removed the comforter, easy fix. The property manager was very nice and accomidating. The snacks, wine and suggestion list was appreciated. We were there for a funfilled bday weekend and opted to eat out most meals and didnt spend much time in the house.

Perfect Vacation Home
I have been vacationing in Leavenworth for over 25 years and I have stayed in almost all the hotels and rented many homes. Quail Run is by far the cleanest, most well-stocked, and most conveniently located home I have stayed in. The owner, Terry, lives next door and greeted us when we arrived. She had a welcome basket with local wine, coffee, sweet treats and brochures of local happenings waiting for us. The kitchen has every appliance, pot/pan and utensil you'd need, plus a brand new BBQ. The bathrooms are well stocked with more than enough towels and higher end soaps and shampoo, etc. The bed linens are also higher end and look brand new. There were extra blankets and pillows in the closets (also meticulously cleaned and folded). Terry also has bins of board games and puzzles that we ended up using when our play was cancelled one night. There is also a second smaller refrigerator in the dining room that is perfect for keeping bottled waters and other drinks chilled. I could go on and on about this property. It really is fabulous. I look forward to staying at Quail Run next year!

Beyond expectations
Quail Run exceeded our expectations. Terry was there to greet us, and she stopped by to be sure we had everything we needed. The house is great, with a large deck and view of the river. We grilled every night, since it was such a beautiful setting. Town is within walking distance, as is the river front park.

Perfect Leavenworth Hope Away From Home

Great location
Awesome location near downtown Leavenworth. We has a great time in this beautiful home. We had everything we needed and Terry the owner was friendly and great to work with. This house has great accessibility for those with different mobility needs. I would say the bathrooms on the first floor are a little small if someone needs to do a transfer from their wheelchair to the toilet but it met our needs well and we are looking forward to staying there again.

Gem property, great stay!
We booked this home for a long weekend with 6 adults and our infant. The house is beautiful and has a view of the river. Everything in the home/cupboards is very intentional and useful. No extra clutter of items not needed. Terry was quick to answer questions and was very helpful. There was even a welcome gift basket when we arrived. We already booked another weekend for winter, we loved staying here. It was the PERFECT set up for our family, space for everyone and such a short walk to downtown.

Our family of 5 had the perfect visit to this lovely house - Terry thought of everything (and more) to make the stay unforgettable! No creature comfort overlooked. Great Stay
This was a great stay for our family trip to Leavenworth. The location is perfect with a river view and an easy walk to restaurants, shops and activities. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The open layout was perfect for our group of 6. The host lives next door in the garage apartment but we rarely saw her yet she was available in case we needed anything and very helpful with recommendations for her favorite restaurants and hikes. I would stay again!

Cozy getaway w/ the perfect host!
We spent the week here (4 adults, 1 teen), and had an absolutely wonderful time. The location was perfect: a short walk to downtown Leavenworth, or to some hiking trails depending on your mood. The host was great. The house was well-stocked, and she took extra care to ensure we had everything we needed. And the house! It fit our family perfectly: we had breakfast on the patio, finished a jigsaw puzzle in the living room, served drinks in the kitchen, and watched netflix on the couch. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone! Thanks Terry for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

One of the best cabins we've stayed in
Terry's cabin was in the heart of Leavenworth. It was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Terry had prepped the coffee machine, tea pot and the fireplace before we arrived making our check-in more relaxing. She also provided masks and hand sanitizers which came in handy when we wanted to step out. The pictures don't do justice to the river views the cabin has. I would highly recommend Terry's cabin.

Perfect family getaway
This property was perfect for my siblings and our spouses. It was great accommodations for the six of us. The location, cleanliness and view was just what we were looking for. Terry was a wonderful host, enjoyed the wine gift basket! Hoping to return as guests.

Perfect Leavenworth getaway!
We had an amazing time during our stay. The house is beautiful, clean, and very well stocked. Terry (and friends!) were just a quick message away with any questions we had before and during our trip. The river views and proximity to town made it the perfect getaway for our group of four. We’ve already recommended the house to friends and will definitely be back. Thank you, Terry!

Unbeatable location and great host
We spent a weekend here with our family (2 adults, 3 young adults. We are exceptionally pleased with the house. Few things to call out. The location is to die for. When you look outside the big window, you see mountains and the river so you feel like you are outside the city and in nature. Yet, when you exit the front door (on the other side of the house), you are right in the center of the city - 0.5 miles from any restaurant and place to eat. You have easy access to walking trails. It's unbelievably good location. Host was great. She left us a well-stocked welcome basket with some good wine and kept in touch with us making sure we didn't need anything else. The house itself is very tastefully decorated with a cute little fireplace that warms the place very nicely during the cold evenings. It feels a bit like a cottage but with a modern feel to it. We really liked the place and we would gladly visit again if we are in the area.

We had a wonderful time. The place was very pleasant and clean. The hostess left us a very nice welcome basket as well as a review of all the restaurants in the area. Its a delightful little bavarian style town and the home is very close to everything. We went skiing and the slopes were only about 30 minutes away.
