“The hotel was great. Very modern and beautifully decorated. Room was large, comfortable and clean. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. All the hotel staff was warm and welcoming. My only complaint would be with the car valets. They were not very attentive, and did not have the sense of urgency that most valets have. When we checked out the valet just handed my husband the keys and watched him load our bags in the car.”

“Overall good hotel but not top class service. Not clear instructions at the front desk, didn’t tell us where to go, where our room was and what to expect, we had cleaner/handyman knocking 5 times at the door starting 8.30am the same day we were checking out. Other than that, beautiful hotel and location and clean place. ”

“The room was clean and the staff was nice. During the first night, the room was super hot. The air conditioner wouldn’t cool it down at all. The next day, a manager said he would refund us for one night. We’ll see if that happens. Otherwise, the stay was satisfactory! ”

“Booked a room for 3 persons but there were only one bed? Had to pay 1600kr extra just for one more bed so we all could sleep. Terrible service in front desk and breakfast, 140kr for a coffee is not ok ”
