âIt was verry dificult to park the car when you not have a frontdesk and no were to put the car when you fix the practical things. I donÂŽt like hotels without peopele to talk to also when you have other language in the bottom and not understanding everything. itÂŽs was also verry difficult to understand which elevator system to use for parking and guest floor.â

âStaff was professional and friendly. They fulfilled all our request in a very timely and pleasant manner. The hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed all of the artwork.â
âLocation was great. They have a curtesy shuttle that will drive you within a 3-mile radius so I able to get a ride to American Airlines center and then walked back that night after a concert. I had an Expedia VIP perk of having $30 off on food but caveat being that when ordering room service, you have to pay an amenity fee which was $25 and the food was >than $30 so not sure the perk is useful when used in this way as I could get something way cheaper elsewhere. My preference is for beds and...
âBooked a room for 3 persons but there were only one bed? Had to pay 1600kr extra just for one more bed so we all could sleep. Terrible service in front desk and breakfast, 140kr for a coffee is not ok â
âDue to the fact that I'm confined to a wheelchair, I didn't like the fact that the beds were too high for me to safely get in and out. However, the staff accommodated me with a rollaway that served the purpose. Same thing with the toilet, to high. Also the shower seat was too far away for me to reach the shower head.
