“Very clean, new, and sparkling apartment! Our host thought of everything! Even a dishwasher! We didnt need an extra heater as the apt. Was toasty warm and dry. Clean white towels, soap, shampoo and body wash all supplied. ”

Upon further inspection, we found hair in the shower and on the back of the toilet. One of the toilets was most definitely not cleaned as it had poop on the sides of the bowl.
