“It was good, room was clean and well maintained”

“This was affordable for a single night. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very sweet. It's an older facility and the room had fresh paint, clean sheets and a comfortable bed. However. It also houses longer term "residents". There was a distinct skunky smell at both entrances and too many people "hanging out" for my comfort zone....”

“Fecies in toilet and toilet backed up when checking in. Bed sheeds dirty and hair on them. Dirty toilet water on floor from having toilet plunged. Room was bad. I slept in my vehicle as I did not feel confortable in this room. ”

“The comforter had cigarette burns, the water in the shower made noises the whole time it ran, the elevator was broken, the pool was closed and it reeked of Mary Jane in the hallways not to mention the homeless hanging out in the lobby ”

“My bathtub was still dirty. The toilet barely flushed and I didn't have any light bulbs in my lamp. It did get taken care of. I think house keeping should check those things ”

“Bedroom window wouldn't lock, good thing we were on the 3rd floor. The extra chair had rips in it, one of the lamps flickered and wouldn't stay on. Bed was awful - very firm. Shower head was rusted. Holes in the wall by the window that were poorly patched. I was charged a $75 incidental fee at check in by the employee working instead of only charging if needed. This was a 2 star hotel not 3.5 star as rated.”

“The room was spacious but the bedding is old and have tears on it. There were toilet paper in there as the property managers appeared to hoard it and give it to you only when you ask for it. An older lady came down to get toilet papers when I was about to check in and I had to do the same. Contrary to what was advertised, the room does not have a microwave and fridge. They brought a small fridge after I asked for it. There were no tissue paper though they have a placeholder for it. The bathroom...

“Homeless sleeping outside hotel. Homeless tents set up across the street. Place rundown and not safe. Didn’t stay”

“Linens stained, perhaps soiled (mainly top covers). Place is showing some wear. Sheets a bit rough, but probably provide some exfoliation. Not much available for breakfast, but you are in luck if an oatmeal packet and an apple would do. Parking convenient. Not a place for lite sleepers, overlooks the highway and quite close. Mattress acceptable. Also, if a sign is on the desk saying, “Assisting another guest, back in 10, call —- in an emergency”, call immediately. After a 15 minute wait,...
