“The owner phoned not long after we checked in to make sure we had got into the property okay and to see if we had any queries. I appreciated the contact and he had also left fruit, as well as bottled water, spreads and cheese in the fridge. The apartment is comfortable with a great bathroom and good kitchen facilities. “The worst part of our stay was that it was too short, everything was absolutely perfect with the accommodation. From the outset communication was excellent, more especially on the day of our arrival. Jai very kindly facilitated a luggage drop off before check-in which was greatly appreciated. “I had to call the company to check in. The hot water wasn't turned on, which we discovered the next morning, The washer dryer was broken, the TV screen had been smashed, the bathroom handle was dismantled, the external door lock jammed and we had to force our way out and it took two days to fix, the pots and pans were old and very limited for normal cooking. ”

“DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! It looks nothing like the pictures. Both showers only had burning hot water. There are paper thin walls with neighbors screaming constantly. We had to step over a girl sleeping on the sidewalk to get out of the property one night. The entire place smells like mold and is filthy. There were dirty dishes, no soap or trash bags, and only 2 towels when we checked in. We contacted the property. They apologized for “the mistake” but never came by to fix anything. I have...

"En jättebra vistelse på vår genomresa i Storbritannien. Lämpligt att kunna svänga av vid motorvägen. Rent, fint och stor parkering erbjuds vilket hjälper oss otroligt mycket.
