“La vista della camera è veramente fantastica. nonostante ciò in camera faceva caldissimo e il condizionatore non era sufficiente per rinfrescarla (oltre che ad essere pieno di polvere nel filtro). in doccia non c’è il sapone. inoltre siamo arrivati alla camera alle 15:40 e le pulizie non erano ancora iniziate, infatti siamo entrati in camera alle 16:40 al posto che alle 16. Per il resto è ben fornita (asciugacapelli e utensili per cucinare) e la posizione è comoda.”

“Amazing stay! Everything was excellent! The room as perfect for 2 persons. Very modern and clean. Great kitchen amenities. They also had espresso machine with coffee capsules, tea etc. You also get daily cleaning just like a hotel. We will definitely come back! ”

“The apartment is in a very good location to get to The Marais, Beaubourg and the river within a 10 minute walk. It is quiet at night and we felt safe. It is air conditioned and has a good shower room. However, it is to all intents and purposes, hermetically sealed with no usable opening windows and the windows have obscure film or shutters on them so you can’t see outside- necessary, presumably, because it is at street level. “Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous.”

“The studio itself is very nice, clean, well equipped, freshly renovated, and spacious for one, even two… you’d forget walking the 6 flights up. But the fact that you need to pick up and return the keys from/to a ship that’s 15min walk away ruined the experience for me. It is simply not practical at all and very constraining. I like the area a bit calm but safe. I’d go back if they change the key pick up.”

“The apartment is five minutes’ walk from Sentier Metro station, and is accessed through a shopping arcade with several entries, although only one is accessible at night. It was up several flights of stairs with no lift, but we knew that in advance so not a problem. Everything worked apart from the toaster and was clean. The apartment is spacious. The only downside was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in certain areas, which I assume came from a downstairs apartment. I would stay there again but...
