Hotell nära Les Salons Hoche

“Our stay here was very restful. The staff is available 24/7 yo answer any questions and attend to your needs. The rooms are clean and well appointed. AC works well, very important during a Paris summer heat wave. The location is great, along a quiet residential street in the 17th arrondisment, with 3 metro stations within walking distance. Convenience stores close by. Would definitely recommend.”

“Clean rooms with good beds. But during a power outage, staff got passive and then refused to help with simple measures. Attitude unacceptable. As a company leader myself it is hard to watch such poor customer care.”

“Vi trivdes gott. Suverän frukost. Servicevänlig personal. ”

“I booked a room with a balcony, but to my surprise there were no chairs or table on the balcony, even though the other balconies had furniture. We asked twice if it was possible to get furniture so we could actually enjoy the balcony that we had paid extra for. The staff informed us that there was no furniture available. During check-out, we made a complaint about this, and the first thing the staff asked was: “Did you ask for furniture?” I’m sorry, but that’s like having to ask for a knife and...

“The hotel is in a pretty good location however our room was in a corner of the hotel that was almost inaccessible. Also, you can’t control the temperature in your room, it’s controlled by the front desk. The description states there’s a coffee shop at the hotel- not true. The room says it’s 161 square feet, not true.”

“Very nice staff, polite but also friendly in a perfect combination. ”
