Hotell nära Salle Pleyel

“Our stay here was very restful. The staff is available 24/7 yo answer any questions and attend to your needs. The rooms are clean and well appointed. AC works well, very important during a Paris summer heat wave. The location is great, along a quiet residential street in the 17th arrondisment, with 3 metro stations within walking distance. Convenience stores close by. Would definitely recommend.”

“Clean rooms with good beds. But during a power outage, staff got passive and then refused to help with simple measures. Attitude unacceptable. As a company leader myself it is hard to watch such poor customer care.”

“The location is really good only 10 minutes walking to Arc de Triumph and Champs Elysee. (But a safe street in case of any riot happens again) Rooms are clean, water pressure in the shower was good. Breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. Even when we were a bit late and eggs and croissants were finished, they picked up new croissants for us fresh from bakery and boiled new eggs. It was a pleasent stay!”

“I booked a room with a balcony, but to my surprise there were no chairs or table on the balcony, even though the other balconies had furniture. We asked twice if it was possible to get furniture so we could actually enjoy the balcony that we had paid extra for. The staff informed us that there was no furniture available. During check-out, we made a complaint about this, and the first thing the staff asked was: “Did you ask for furniture?” I’m sorry, but that’s like having to ask for a knife and...

“Vi trivdes gott. Suverän frukost. Servicevänlig personal. ”

“Hello, I had an amazing stay at Norman. It was my second time staying at the property. The location is central and close to the shops etc. I wanted to provide one feedback if I may; I wish the gym had a treadmill and maybe a TV would be nice. But overall the hotel is great!”

“Trevlig personal. Rena fina rum.”

“Very nice staff, polite but also friendly in a perfect combination. ”
