âThis place was awesome, clean, big, classy, and yet unique. Also their adjoined cafe was some of the most delicious breakfast food I have had, hands down. Biscuits, greens, fried chicken light and crunchy perfection, and the staff was super super freakin nice. They really know how to connect in an attentive authentic way. If I recall correctly they even had matcha which is a bit of a luxury drink. We had a magical experience running into friends who were coincidentally staying across the way at...
âBefore Salt Hotel and Pub opened or reopened(?) we only thought of Ilwaco as a fishing stop. Now for us itâs a destination! Great food and drinks at the pub, cozy comfy rooms, minutes from Long Beach and Astoria.

The view is everything you could ask for. Incredibly convenient location for both beach and town. No continental breakfast at this time, but the bakery, practically within sight, opens very early every morning. â
âThe ocean clearly visible from our suite. The suite was big, with an extra bedroom with its own bathroom. Also, a full kitchen with a full size refrigrator was included.
The pool area was alright and I enjoyed both the pool and the hot tub, but the cleanliness left something to be desired.
The free breakfast was sufficient with all the basics, but had to wait over half an hour for the omelet once, and over 10 minutes another time.â
âGreat experience, updated ground floor room perfect for our dog with a walk to the beach straight out of the back patio. We had a unit that was recently renovated and very clean! â
