“The room definitely needs some work. The outlet for the TV was bad, had to wiggle it to work. The luggage rack on the wall was broken, no lamp on the nightstand between the beds, and a very loud AC unit, and no coffee maker, and no coffee available in the lobby area. Also no breakfast available. However the beds were comfortable. This room was supposed to not be available due to needing so much, however since due to my medical issues I cannot climb stairs to 2nd story, they offered this...

“The room was REALLY clean. I clean my hotel rooms before taking my stuff out. All of my Clorox wipes were clean. Almost no dust everything was clean and smelled clean. ”

“Room was clean and comfortable. There was a loose tile in the restroom and on the 3rd night a foul smell coming either from the water or the pipes in the bathroom.”

“The weekend staff were clueless, unknowlegeable, and lacked the willingness to assist customers with issues. I had pre-paid and they attempted to charge me again saying they got new systems which didn’t show my payment. However, I had my receipt.”

“My biggest issue with this hotel was that there were no covers on the mattresses underneath the sheets, and there were all kinds of dubious stains on the mattress. I also didn't like that the breakfast nook area is in a small space and this leads to people getting bunched up waiting on foods. It makes it uncomfortable and crowded. They also constantly ran out of food, so of our three night stay, we only ate there once, and saving money on breakfast was the main reason I picked the place. The...

“No luggage carts Only 2 elevators and they ran slow during our 2 night stay Laundry machines were out of order Pool water was cold so we couldn’t use False fire alarm woke everyone at 12:30 AM - everyone had to exit the building via stairs That’s when we heard other guests complain that this happened before No breakfast provided for the cost of stay or even complimentary for all the above Don’t recommend ”
