“The place was exactly as described. Family of four, with 14/11 years old. Kids loved it. Check in process was super smooth. This place had everything that you could think of and a fully functional kitchen. Lots of love and effort went into the details here. Gorgeous decor. Patio was super cute. Great location, walking distance to both stadiums, inner harbour, National Aquarium, and lots of transit options nearby. Shelley was such an amazing host. We would definitely stay here again.”

“I was not allowed entrance to the apartments. He claimed there was a burst pipe. He also claimed he'd put in for a refund for me, but he consistently did not take hotels.com's calls. I have written proof of all this, and then he blocked me from communications. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I was there for a convention with no rental car. All places were booked. I was left STRANDED. I had to book a place near the airport and rent a car. It cost me hundreds of dollars in addition to the money I lost...
