“Fräscht hotell med bra läge nära motorvägen och diverse restauranger etc. Enda minus är att frukosten kostar relativt mycket och höll låg standard”

“This facility has 2 elevators - one worked (but noisy) the other was out-of-service. I was told it had been out for over a week waiting on a "part". People traffic was somewhat backed up, waiting on the one working elevator. AND, the outside doors are supposed to be unlockable using your room key. Nope, the room keys did not unlock the outside doors. Very annoying.”

“Stayed here before so was not expecting to have negative experience, however this stay was different. Upon arrival I was added to the wrong room type. My key cards constantly stopped working each day leaving and my room was not cleaned even upon asking staff and a housekeeper. Customer service was also not great upon voicing concerns staff made me feel like they had no knowledge of what went wrong no accountability and made me feel like it was something i did wrong. Won't return”

“Staff was friendly. Check in was flawless. Breakfast was good. Pool was not useable. "Not open this season". Room was fairly clean. Cosmetic things that need repair.”
