Although the view was fantastic and the property was clean and well layout. Being downstairs, was VERY loud!! We could hear everything in the upstairs unit even conversations. There are 3 decks the top two over looking the lake are great but the bottom dock is in disrepair and falling into the lake, needs attention and is dangerous.There was only one small kayak. If you are planning to play on the lake you need to make arrangements otherwise or see if the owners have replenished the other kayak that seems to be missing. There are no life vests or other lake floats.

Fun times!

We had a blast! I ended up using the kayak on the lake for more than an hour. Beautiful place! We saw a bald eagle capturing a prey right by the house. We would definitely come back!

Girls Lake Get-Away

The property has a fantastic view and upgraded appliances, finishes and furniture. The beds were comfortable. One bedroom has a lake view, filled with light and the other was darker and perfect for sleeping in. The kitchen was equipped with dishes and cookware. The fridge was large, however the ice and water dispenser were not working. This unit is downstairs and the unit above has hard floors. Noise such as chairs moving was quiet loud. The neighbors could be heard having normal volume conversations, but muffled so you can't hear exactly what they were saying. The carport was large but difficult to get into around a steep, sharp corner bordered with rocks and a fence. The lake access was handy, but in disrepair. The dock has exposed rusty nails, was half submerged and the wet portion was extremely slippery.

I would stay there again. Tight corner into parking with my Subaru Outback, backed in. Used heaters provided, closed bedroom door and the space heated fine. Lucky to have quiet upstairs neighbors, you can hear everything upstairs. Otherwise, great place.

He was incredibly attentive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed from start to finish. The condo was very cold but could not change the temp. The condo told were in the upstairs condo. There was a space heater that helped a little, but the temp. Stayed around 60.

Great Location - Big Lake View

Location is amazing!

The condo is lakefront with a very nice deck and fireplace to sit and look out across the lake. Condo was clean, well equipped and ready for us when we arrived. The driveway into the carport used for unit B was narrow and a little tricky but doable for our pickup. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be going back.

Beautiful View of the Lake

The property was clean and very spacious. The views were incredible, and we enjoyed ourselves. The only thing you will want to be aware of is that if there are upstairs guests, you will be able to hear them. They were not overly noisy, but my guess is there is not much insulation between the upper and lower levels. Overall, very enjoyable.

Fun and relaxing family time

This condo on Liberty Lake was perfect for our mini vaca. We were attending the NCAA round 1 in Spokane. It was wonderful to return after games to this lovely, clean, relaxing, with beautiful lake views condo. We had everything we needed and the communication from the host was excellent. We'd love to come again in the summer sometime.

Terrible Experience With Upstairs Renters

We rented the downstairs portion of this house and everything was fine for the first two nights. Then a very large group with 20-30 people and 7 vehicles moved into the upstairs unit and had an all night party until 6:00 a.m. Loud music, yelling, screaming, furniture banging and scraping. Called the manager at 2:00 a.m. and they turned the volume on the music down for 15 minutes, then cranked it back up. Got no sleep. That group was staying another night so we found another place to stay, packed up and left. Manager needs a plan for this situation e.g. evict the problem renter with police support if necessary. If you don’t need the entire house you might not want to rent this place. Manager did agree to refund our money for the bad night and the rest of our planned stay, but it was still a huge inconvenience and ruined an entire day of our visit.

One Day Getaway

This place was amazing. The view was incredible, the interior design was excellent, and overall, just a wonderful place. My morning run was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, and sitting by the fire pit at night watching the moon come over the mountains couldn’t be beat. I will be staying here again! Thanks River!
