“There were no instructions to work the heat and they wouldn’t stay on so we were cold most of the time. We were told there was only one flight of stairs but there were two with a landing making one of our people have to stay elsewhere and making it hard on our other disabled people to get up. We were told there was two covered parking spots and only one car was able to fit due to the other tenants this caused us to have leave one of brand new cars out without being covered. There are 3 decks the top two over looking the lake are great but the bottom dock is in disrepair and falling into the lake, needs attention and is dangerous.There was only one small kayak. The only criticism I had is there were pictures of 2 beds and we thought they were different beds in different rooms but they were different make-ups of the same bed. 2nd bed was actually a foldaway bed which was fine for younger person.
