“EXCEPTIONAL. The apartment is fabulous. Very spacious for our family of 6. Clean, tidy and quiet. Great location. Brilliant! There are some steps to get up to the apartment and no lift, so those with pushchairs or limited mobility, it may not be the place for you. From start to finish, communication with Benedetta from VeniceVillas was outstanding. She also went above and beyond and messaged us restaurant and supermarket suggestions. I highly recommend. ”

“The apartment was amazing. There was plenty of room for a family of 4 and all of the space was nice! The apartment was nicely updated with modern amenities and also can stocked with drink and snacks. Our only negative was that the bathtub was dirty but otherwise the rest of the apartment was very clean. ”

“This apartment spoils you for any other apartment. We are currently in Florence staying in a more expensive apartment in a area which is not as nice as Marco's apartment. Out of 10 we would give it 4.But Marco's was like a palace absolutely brilliant with everything you could possibly need. Out of 10 we would give it 20 (it is so good). “Vi var fyra som firade en födelsedag i Venedig. Lägenheten ligger väldigt bra till med mataffär runt hörnet och nära till allt. Lägenheten var mindre än förväntat men funkade för de dagar vi stannade. Köket är minimalt och inte välutrustat, det saknas en del för att fixa mat hemma. Ett minus också var att lägenheten är lyhörd. Men - i stort sett är vi nöjda.”

“Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again.”
