“Customer service stood out for me. I booked a certain room and initially didn’t get it. The lady at reception (didn’t get her name but she worked 1st Nov) ran around the hotel to sort out the room for me straight away. Room was super clean, quiet and stylish. Had the peaceful weekend I was looking for! ”

“Stayed for one night to break the journey up to Scotland. All staff members were friendly and helpful, excellent dinner and breakfast. First stay and will definitely stay again, although a very brief visit would highly recommend. Room was clean, beds comfortable and good shower. Plenty of space.”

“Check in was very quick and easy. It’s the little touches it was mine and my son’s birthday this weekend and we had a birthday cake, cards, sweets, drink in the room. Lovely. The room was clean and tidy and spacious. We stayed half board. The dinner allowance was very good and the food was amazing. Would definitely stay here again thank you for an amazing stay. ”

“Spent two nights and had a great time staying here. The hosts Nikki and Alan are the best. Nothing and I mean nothing is too much trouble for them. From stepping through the door they made us feel welcome. Nikki upgraded our room and changed our tv as the one in the room needed re-tuning. “When we first arrived at the hotel we were surprised to find out that the price did not only include breakfast, but a fabulous dinner as well! The room was super nice and fresh and it had a bathtub, which is a plus! The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was only a short walk to the lake, near to the steamers (which you have to go on!) We bought a lunch to take with us that was cheap, good and great to have with you on your day out. Staff were really helpful including arranging for food from yhe pub to be brought to yhe restaurant for a a petson with fietry requirements.
