We had a great time at the hotel. Everything was excellent, the room, the breakfast, the pools, the snack bar by the pool. The staff was friendly and never strict, always helping. We had a room with pool view and separate pool access, which was great. Take a swim directly from your room. The day we checked out we had a boat trip in the morning. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel, we could take the pool towels with us, and we could take a shower when we got back from the boat trip. They fixed transport for us, which was cheaper than the other offers. We could not praise this hotel enough. Amazing comfort and service!

We had the suite with a private pool and it was amazing. The lights and space makes it really comfortable. Bed was firm but comfy, tv is huge, bathroom is spacious with a really nice rain-shower. Plenty of closet space. You get refills with water, they clean and change towels twice a day. The pool is heated and the sunbeds are big and soft. It’s relatively quiet, not as insulated as some other Scandinavian hotels, and the room gets super dark and cool at night. The only thing that bothered us was the toilet, it is separated from the shower and sink, so there is no way to clean yourself directly after, you have to go out and wash your hands. Now what blew us away was the service, the staff is super friendly and you can ask them anything and they will try to accommodate you as fast as possible. The breakfast is amazing, there is a buffet as well as a menu that you can order from, and the coffee should be awarded some sort of prize, because damn. They also have a direct service to your private pool area, just press the button! So easy and amazing service. The only thing that was a slight downgrade was unfortunately the main courses/ restaurant food, it was delicious for sure but for a Michelin star we expected something else. However the service definitely makes up for it. All in all, a 9,9/10 experience. The pictures in the description are accurate!
