Great Stay - Waling distance to beach and casino

Property was as expected. The high ceilings downstairs were nice. Host was very responsive and helpful. I enjoyed being able to safely walk to the casino.and beach.

Very Spacious Lovely House

This place was layed out nice and accomodated our group of 6 very easily. With 3 baths and 3 rooms we were never running into each other. The place seemed like it had not had guest recently as there was spider webs on front door and in some areas of the house. Also no central TV were we could all hang out and relax. Otherwise this place is perfect. We had a great trip and will absolutely rwnt again. hadhave

Beautiful home, very clean. It was nice that the Ocean was in walking distance. The only thing needed was a water hose to help wash off the sand from the beach and a recycle bin for all the water bottles

Very nice house, only one complaint

This is a lovely house. It is attractive and light and clean. There are multiple decks on this three-story house for enjoying the pleasant, mildly salty air. The views of the ocean are teeny, but this location does help to block the constant beach breeze considerably. Besides, the gentle walk to the beach is only about 4 minutes. Get to the beach. That's why you came, right? You are expected to wash any dishes you use. Fair enough. There is a dishwasher. You are expected to take out all your trash. This is common courtesy. "Pack it in. Pack it out." Here's the rub: You are requested to strip all used bed linens and all used towels and washcloths and run at least one load in the washing machine. This should not be requested of guests. We pay a substantial fee for cleaning. If this is requested and the guests do follow this request, the guests should be reimbursed part of the cleaning fee. We are on vacation! Why burden us with our regular home chores and still charge a hefty cleaning fee?

Perfect place for making wonderful memories

This was an absolutely wonderful place. Great location, close to everything in town. We walked to the beach everyday, sometimes twice a day. Walking distance to grocery stores and great restaurants. Loved everyday we were there and hated to to leave. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Lincoln City. My wife loved that you could see and hear the beach from the main deck and upper deck. Great place!!

The living area is tiny.. The property could have been a bit cleaner. There was a large dark nest of cobwebs behind the downstairs bathroom bath. There were hairs in the bed linens. There were only a total of about 10 hangers in the entire place, a couple garbage bags a roll of paper towels and a small bag of laundry soap. For the price. There could have been a bit more attention to detail. The kitchen is nicely stocked with an assortment of appliances. The views sre beautiful.. My grandfather left his cane behind.. The property owner went above and beyond to get the cane back to us.

Fall beach trip 2021

The house was better than advertised! Nice quiet neighborhood that is a short walk to a beautiful beach that isn’t overly crowded. The house had nice views of the ocean from the kitchen and the room upstairs. There were 4 adults and 2 teenage kids in our party and we had more than enough room at the house. JR was super helpful and made the check in smooth! I would definitely stay here again!

Family Memorial Trip

We were very pleased with the accommodations. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was pretty close to a beach access and easy to get around to short errands without having to cross Hwy 101 to go to the store, etc. We would be happy to stay here again. Thank you again.

Better than hotels

Dishasher and Bed broken upon arrival

The dishwasher was broken so we had to handwash any dishes. One of the bed frames was broken so a guest had to sleep on the floor. It made the stay pretty uncomfortable.

Nice home in a great location.

The house was great. The beds were not comfortable, somewhat broke down and lumpy. There were no paper towels for the kitchen and only 4 and half rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms and 6 adults with no mention of needing to provide your own paper products. The battery's in the remotes were dead. Last but not least the shower mat in the basement bathroom is not safe to step on it slides and nearly caused a serious fall. All in all though it was a nice stay. The overall 4 star rating was for the lack of paper products and other little things.

You can hear the ocean!

Great house on quiet street, 3 blocks from beach. Walking distance to whatever you need. House had well stocked kitchen, lots of towels and sparkling clean!! Best part, I could leave the sliding door open and fall asleep to the ocean.

Thee level home with ocean view

Very nice home with a bedroom and bath on each floor. Well equipped kitchen and large dining area. The owners of the house were very responsive and nice.
