“Nice little room that was as advedtised, and just as expected for the price. Good place to sleep while you enjoy the coast and Lincoln City. Only issue I had was with the wifi password and signal strength, and the host was quick to answer when I sent messages to troubleshoot. If possible the network should be upgraded or expanded to a dedicated network for each building. Not a deal breaker for me due to my mobile hotspot, might be for other guests though. ”

“This place is a complete dump!!! Exterior doors do not lock, unit was filthy, dated and there were people in the parking area openly doing illegal things. My family walked in the unit and basically walked right back out. Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here, you will regret it.”

“We totally enjoyed our stay. There was some confusion on how to find the place. Using the GPS will get you to the entry way but has you facing some other resort buildings. There were no directional signs pointing right to further direct you to the right building. But once you find it, it was easy enough to find the unit number. It would be helpful to put a directional display showing which way to turn once you enter the driveway and another directional board showing the layout of buildings and...

“This place is perfect for a couple/few guests. Really comfortable, clean, and right by the park and route to the beach. We love this sub and stay here often. 2 points of feedback. The price is high for what it is. I would definitely stay here again if that was better, but only booked this as it was literally the last place in the sub and I missed a similar place, slightly smaller for a couple hundred less by hours. Secondly, the Folgers and other coffee in the cabinet expired, so cleaning staff...

“The entire house is amazing! it's perfect for the price, it's very clean, it's very quiet, you're so close to all the shops and right next to the beach. There's a lot of space for all the guests to have their privacy, and it's very kid friendly they have baby gates on the stairs which was amazing and VERY helpful!! If you get a chance to stay here I highly recommend! ”
