    The Space:

    This cozy studio is ideal for couples and solo travelers who want a retreat from daily life to enjoy peace and quiet along with the fabulous ocean views Lincoln City is known for. And if you have any beloved canines, this rental allows dogs, so you can bring them along with you!



    This rental is located on the third floor, allowing for stunning views and requiring guests to climb a set of stairs. Beach access is about a block or two away, with another set of stairs that leads to the sand.



    There's a queen-size bed and a mini-fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave. This studio is the perfect size for two guests, so it's an ideal chance for a getaway with your sweetheart or a solo adventure. You'll also enjoy free WiFi access, a gas fireplace, and a private balcony. And your dogs are more than welcome.

My wife and I stayed here for an anniversary getaway. It was just what we wanted: a cozy room to sleep in with ocean views. Short walk to the beach and perfect for a weekend.

The room itself could use some updating but you cannot beat the view! Spectacular!

Renting the property was easy and checking in was a breeze. There were things that need fixed or updated but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Nice view of the ocean. Love the back balcony. Nice fireplace. Quiet place to sleep. The music of the waves crashing on the shore is blissful. Always loved hanging out at the Sandstone point hotel. 🙂

Absolutely wonerful

I loved this place. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's gorgeous once you're in the room. Very spacious, nice clean linens and gorgeous views. Only small detractors I'd say is the bed wasn't very comfy, but not bad enough to detour from staying here. Will definitely be back.

I thought I was getting a kitchen but it had microwave n fridge only. It was Beautiful though with Fantastic view of the ocean! Beach in walking distance.

Fun little room with a view

The room was overall great. Plenty of room for the dog crates and us humans. Wish there was some ceiling fans or screen doors for better air flow. The bed could have been a little softer but aside from those two things, the view was great, the location was great.
