Denna otroliga havet hem har två våningar, med fem sovrum, tre badrum och plats för upp till sexton gäster! Ligger på uteplatsen hittar du en bubbelpool med utsikt som skulle göra någon avundsjuk! Koppla av i badkaret under en kall vinternatt och se solen g�� ner, eller samla runt eldstaden med dina nära och kära och njut av några bra gammaldags s'mores! Steg inuti och du hittar dig själv i spelrummet, komplett med ett fotbollsbord, ett biljardbord, air hockey och två queen size-sovar soffor. Det finns också ett bordtennisbord i garaget för gästanvändning. Du hittar också en bar med avföring, en öppen spis och en platt-TV monterad över eldstaden. Det finns också ett sovrum på bottenvåningen, med en queen size-säng och ett badrum. Kolla in hotellets bastu som också ligger på bottenvåningen i närheten av garaget, där vuxna kan koppla av och varva ner. Huvud övervåningen, och du kommer att hitta dig själv i ett vackert vardagsrum med ett fantastiskt kök. Köket har allt du kan behöva (och mer) att piska upp en utsökt semestermåltid eller bara något enkelt för natten. Det finns gott om plats att koppla av i vardagsrummet, komplett med öppen spis och plattskärms-TV. Du kan till och med fånga solnedgången inifrån genom de jätte fönstret, eller gå ut på däck och titta på det med dina vänner och familj. Det finns både sittplatser för dina gäster i matsalområdet och på köksbaren. Det finns också ytterligare fyra sovrum på denna våning. Beautiful home with spectacular views. Has all the fun and games for a big group to stay busy and make the best memories. Our teens were never bored! Loved relaxing in the hot tub and listening to the ocean. Super responsive host as well.

At ease in pacific breeze

We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Walked in and were struck by the amazing view. The house was comfortable for our group offering plenty of space. From walks on the beach to hanging out at the fire pit- couldn’t have been more at ease!

Great location and house for our nine person family gathering. We loved the games tables, fireplace, hot tub, and especially the view! The house was clean.

Quality time with coworkers

Gorgeous view and very spacious. Close to town and the beach. Plenty to do at the house. Remotes didn't work for the TVs though.

The house is very nice and the view is beautiful. The furniture is old and the mattress as well. The 4 couches in house were broken down and they leave you sitting in big worn holes in cushions. The mattresses in the master bedroom was very worn down leaving you sunk in a big hole on each side.The house needs updating the furniture mattresses to warrant the cost of the house the sauna did not work as well for these reasons I filled the house was overpriced.

Perfect Beach Experience

We wanted to bring our girls team to the beach for a team bonding experience following camp. The views were breathtaking and it made it so worth the effort of getting everyone there! Plenty of rooms to stay and the downstairs entertainment room was perfect for casual hanging out! Everyone agreed next time we will have to book the same place but stay longer!

Beach house

We were doing a memorial visit to the ocean and this house was perfect for our whole family to stay together. Coming upstairs the first thing you see is the view of the ocean! It was amazing. I doubt I will need a 5 bedroom house again in the near future but if I did I would certainly book this house again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house.

Pacific Breeze Visit

Overall we thought the property was a good fit for our combined family (seven adults, six children ranging 5-14). We loved the firepit, plenty of room, nice bedrooms, great room upstairs with a well-equipped kitchen, game room down stairs. All that was great. The house could use another bathroom - only three for thirteen guests, but we made it work. A couple minor issues - air hockey table didn't work, pool table needed chalk, and we ended up buying propane for the grill. We've stayed at half a dozen houses in Lincoln City over the years and this was easily one of the best!

Fun for a large group and amazing views

It was fun to have so may friends stay in one place. The views were amazing, and playing cards etc at the table in kitchen was great. LOVED that is has 2 fridges! There were a few down sides, the BBQ was really dirty and tried to catch fire, and there were not enough wine glasses and no serving bowls. I also did not see the key walking up as the correct lock box is behind you when you are standing at the front door.

Great Location, View, Kitchen, Bedrooms, and Sauna

We had 9 people total. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were great! The view and location were fantastic. The sauna worked great as well. I was disappointed that the air hockey table and pool table were in a poor state of repair, and most of the pool sticks were broken (and no chalk). Also, all of the guests complained about how uncomfortable all of the furniture was in the main room with the view. Even with that said, I'd be very likely to stay here again.

Good stay

A lot of things did not work properly the barbecue is very dirty and not all the burners worked. One of the chairs was broken would not recline. Over all stay was good just need to spend time with repairing things

Below expectations

The pictures and descriptions of the property did not match the in person experience. The house was dirty, the hot tub was filthy and needs repair work, the sauna didn’t actually get hot, the address shared after booking was for the incorrect house, and there weren’t enough blankets for the number of advertised beds. Overall the location and size of the home are the only things that were advertised accurately.

The house could be a beautiful property. Many things need attention. Missing parts, drawers, dust bunnies, standing water in shower, missing bar in the shower, toilets run constantly and don't fully flush, beds creak loudly and are not the best. Toaster is shot, pots & pans are old and mismatched. Fridge didn't even have a baking soda in it to fight the fish smell. We added one. Garage door opener doesn't work. No TV in the TV/game room, upstairs. Hot tub's lid is sooooo water logged, it takes 2 people to open it. It was dirty with sand & bugs also. Sauna doesn't heat up to temp. Ant infestation and yellow jacks were all over everything. Limit supplies - paper towels are so cheap, they wouldn't tear off an entire piece. Pre-Approval of our ADA accommodations was denied on the last day only 14 hours before we were to leave anyway -- forcing 40% of our group to leave early. It could be a wonderful place with a bit of care and better communications with the rental company. It was extremely expensive for what we received & expected to receive.....

Could be a nice place, but…

The property is centrally located and the view is beautiful. It is not easy to access the beach. Anticipate the need to walk many, many stairs to enjoy the local beach. The house was poorly cleaned. The counters and table left our cleaning cloth brown upon first wiping things down. We had to remove mouse droppings from behind the trash bin and under the kitchen sink…gross. We also had to borrow the neighbor’s lawnmower to cut the back grass (weeds) that were over a foot tall and intruding on the area to enjoy the fire pit, BBQ, and hot tub. The hot tub had a sharp piece near the jets that severely cut my granddaughter’s finger. We found a previous guest’s dentures under one of the beds; doesn’t provide any more faith in how the spaces were cleaned. The cookware left a lot to be desired. Very unorganized kitchen and the pans were old and warped. The living area furniture is in desperate need of an upgrade. Worn and uncomfortable. The refrigerator was leaking and struggled to keep our food as cold as it should have been. Several lights were missing bulbs or dim. Windows were filthy. I could go on with more concerns, but I think this paints the picture. We had been looking forward to this vacation for months and I was disappointed. The property management team was super communicative until I wrote directly with these concerns and now it’s crickets. Not worth the fees being charged for this property and very upset they weren’t willing to address these concerns directly.

House was nice and roomy and location was great. My only only complaints would be the mattresses in bunk room were gross (covered in huge stains) and the tiny tv in that huge living room is really weird. TV's are so cheap these days that it makes no sense not to have a bigger one in a room of that size. Overall we enjoyed the property and would rent again.
