(Från och med 1 januari 2018 regler för semesterhus (VRD) tillåter vi endast en maximal beläggning på 16 vuxna och endast 5 sovrum. (istället för 9 sovrum och 26 vuxna)

Villa vid stranden är en 5 000 kvadratmeter lyxig hem-bort-från-hemmet som erbjuder våra gäster upplevelsen av majestätisk havsutsikt och solnedgångar från sin egen privata däck.

Villaen rymmer upp till 16 gäster och har ett rymligt kök, våt bar, trägolv, vitvaror i rostfritt stål, två elektriska eldstäder, 6 LCD-TV, granitbänkskivor och en Western Red Cedar Finlandia Sauna.

Vardagsrummet, som har en 140 graders utsikt över havet, är den perfekta platsen att koppla av och njuta av Lincoln Citys skatter. Den andra våningen matsalen och konferensrummet är perfekt för större sammankomster och rymmer 26 gäster. Om du letar efter en mer intim middagsinställning har du möjlighet att använda matsalen på 8 personer på huvudvåningen.

Genom att använda underhållningsrummet kan gästerna njuta av en kväll med vänner och familj. Utrymmet är utrustat med en 47-tums LCD-TV och ett bordtennisbord. För dem som gillar ett konkurrenskraftigt spel med 8-boll eller bara ett vänligt lek med poolen, kommer vår 8-tals biljardbord från Olhausen inte att göra något besviken.

Parkering är begränsad till uppfart (5), parkeringsremsan direkt bakom fastigheten (5) och gruspartiet precis kvar från huset (5). Dessa kombinerade parkeringsplatser ska rymma upp till 15 bilar beroende på fordonets storlek. Om du behöver mer parkering finns det en överfyllningsplats på Logan Road strax söder om Liberty Inn som ägs av Chinook Winds Hotel och Casino där du kan parkera. Detta handlar om en 10 minuters promenad från ytterdörren.

Förutom att vara bekvämt beläget nära stranden och Chinook Winds, är du också närmare Spirit Mountain än i någon annan del av Lincoln City, som också stoltserar med några av områdets bästa vuxna spelupplevelse och middag. Lincoln City erbjuder också mer att göra än någon annan Oregon Coastal City med det största Factory Outlet Mall, Specialaffärer, Antik Gallerior, Konstgallerier, Devil's Lake för fiske, vattenskidor och båtliv, Chinook Winds Golf Course och flera säsongsarrangemang som Kite Flying Contest, Sand Castle Contests, Community Pool (inomhuspool) bra för barn.

Family reunion

We had a great stay, and loved many things about this property. The many bathrooms (most rooms have an attached bath) was very convenient for a mixed group of couples, singles, and a few kids for our get together. The proximity to both the beach and to some wonderful restaurants was fantastic. The large conference table on the top floor with a small kitchen was perfect for game nights.

Amzing family vacation

The house was perfect for our big family weekend. Everything was clean, had a lot of games, dishes and pots/pans and grill. Was close to the beach and very quiet community. We loved how a lot of the rooms had their own bathroom, extra towels and extra supplies. Jason was also super helpfull and made my first experience with Vrbo a great one. Thank you.

The is big and spacious, so big you can get lostWe enjoyed the patio right off of the kitchen The one thing that we didn’t like were the stairs Most of our group is over 50 so the stairs got old real fast. We managed and everything else was very nice

We rented this Villa for our entire family (17 people) and hosted a brunch to include another 7 guests for the day! We had plenty of room and parking us all - 12 cars. Ideal location-short walk to beach and casino. Lots of deer and awesome view of the ocean!!! Great place for family reunion get together. The Villa has everything you’ll need for a large gathering. We are planning our next visit in 2026. The host was super! Very easy to communicate and work out vacation details. Highly recommend! You will not regret booking this vacation rental.

Wonderful Family Stay

15 family members gathered to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time at The Villa. The house location is great - We could watch ocean waves and wandering deer from the large windows and decks, and walk to the beach (and the casino!). There are lots of restaurants and fast food within minutes of the house, and we had everything we needed to cook great meals, as well. The house was amazingly well-equipped for everything we wanted to do. (Several of us have already ordered some of the small appliances and kitchen tools that were provided for our use!) Family members played pool and ping pong, and we played board games at the huge conference table, that also seated our large party for meals.. The ample numbers of beds and bathrooms (many en-suite) allowed everyone to be comfortable and enjoy our time together. I heartily recommend The Villa.

Plenty of Room

Very large house. We were all able to spread out and have our own rooms. The rooms/bed with the twin over double beds and the room with four bunk beds need new mattresses. They are like uncomfortable futons. But the other beds were good. House is well stocked.

Wolf reunion

House was very accomodating for family with on suite in most bedrooms. Everything in house you could need in kitchen. Lots of plates and enjoyed the large dinning table. Enjoed deck and view. Only negative construction across the street and next door made it hard to enjoy quite time during the day.

Great family getaway location

This home had plenty of room for everyone. The pool and ping pong tables on the 1st floor were a hit! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for meal preparations! The main beds were very comfortable, the bunk beds were fine for the kids, but not as comfy for adults. It advertised a fire pit, but we wouldn’t recommend using it as is. There aren’t bricks completely around it, and plants grow right up to the edge. The ocean view was great! Overall, this was a great house for our family of 16. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for our reunion!

This is a very roomy home with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. We rented another home on the same street because we have a large family. This home is 3 blocks from the beach. I was impressed by the quality of cookware, knives, and kitchen equipment. We had everything we needed! We had a wonderful time! Jason was a great host, and was very responsive each time I contacted him (mostly prior to our stay). We would stay here again!

Roads End home

Had a wonderful family reunion stay at this property. Very well stocked. Everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of cleaning and paper products. Loved the pool table and ping pong table. The conference room was great and had an extra fridge. Loved the location. Close to everything Only recommendation is time for some carpet cleaning Thanks for the fun time

Great house for large group.

This house was great for our family reunion. We had ages 9 months to 82 years. There was a lot of room for everyone as well as quiet nooks for people to retreat from the noise. It was well supplied with both spices, dishes,pans, kitchen and bath supplies etc. The stairs were broken up into small numbers at a time so was not bad for my disabled husband or Daughter with M.S. as they stayed on main floor most of the time. Jason was very helpful..

Thanksgiving Family Trip

Property was family oriented and made is feel like a home away from home. Owner was responsive and welcoming. We had ages 10months-62 years old. Everyone had space for alone time and gathering time. Multiple activities were able to happen at the same time. The 2 stoves made cooking coordinating for 20+ people easier. Place was well stocked with ingredients, cooking utensils, pots/pans, plating, and spices. We will definitely be back and we thank Jason for being an awesome host.

This is a fantastic house in a perfect location. Close to many restaurants and stores. Easy, short walk to the beach with a great ocean view. The house is huge, it easily accommodated our large family. It is also well stocked with everything needed for cooking, etc. Would stay here again.

Family reunion gathering

We have stayed in this house before so was familiar with all of the uniqueness of the house; lots of stairs! The large room on the third level was great to accommodate a sit-down meal for all of us! Jason was very accommodating!! The house was well supplied.
