    This newly-built home, which boasts some of the best ocean views in Lincoln City, is sure to make your next Oregon Coast adventure a memorable one. Scenically perched on a hill, but still within walking distance of the beach, this home is full of sunlight and modern comfort. Take your meals outside to the deck, soak beneath the stars in the private hot tub, and enjoy little luxuries that include stainless steel appliances, flatscreen TVs, at-home laundry, 100% wheelchair access in the main level, and an additional kitchenette in the lower level.

    This home is located half a mile inland of a public beach access point at the end of NW 50th Street (there's a walkway with a sign about a block down the street that leads over to NW 50th Street). You'll also find a selection of restaurants, grocery stores, and even a full gaming casino half a mile down Logan Road. The center of Lincoln City is three miles south, offering plentiful dining options, shops, and the Lincoln City Outlets.

Nicest VRBO Ever!

I've stayed in several VRBO properties, but, this was the very best! This home is new, with killer ocean views, and incredible cleanliness. We will definitely stay here, again!

Beautiful views and perfect location! Our family of 8 had ample space to spread out and play. Hot tub was used every night. Even saw a couple of whales from the top deck. Absolutely recommend staying there and is the best home we have rented in Lincoln City ever (and we go often). Clean and lovely art too.

Beautiful property

The most amazing view distinguishes this property. We enjoyed the separate downstairs living quarters. The kitchen was very functional. Only comments are that the western sun is super bright/blinding at dinner time on the dining table, might be nice to have a shade. Also the beach is a little walk away. Would definitely recommend for a family stay.

I could live here all year round. The views were breathtaking. The house was spotless. We wish we could have stayed longer. I will be back. We're avid hikers and didn't have enough time to explore the area.

Best views ever from everywhere you gather. Would have been great to have a recliner for the person who couldn’t sleep laying down or get up alone without an arm chair. But other wise every thing was perfect. I would recommend bringing seasoning and oil and stuff like that. They didn’t have any basics. Which is perfectly fine. I’m just nice to know ahead of time. The furniture was all comfortable. Plenty of seating everywhere. Absolutely loved it and will definitely stay again.

Family Stay

There were 6 of us, so lots of room to spread out. The view is amazing, rain or shine. The only negative was trying to find a place for the dog to use.

Great Style inside and outside

Wonderful, great art, very comfortable, my only comment is that the house is a work of art but with all the glass windows the house gets very hot as there are no shades, it was warm for this time of year but the heat was awful 86 degrees in the living room and never got below 74 degrees in the 3 days I was there. I will love the house and will be back but perhaps at another time of year.

Elderly ladies

It was great to have no stairs for the 80 year old mothers. The views with the windows was fantastic and actually made the living area hot with all the sunshine. The downstairs sliding door was VERY difficult to open. There were a few cleaning issues of items left in dryer and dishwasher. We will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

while we love the layout of the home, the space and the windows! we are all older and really have a problem with all the different TVs and getting them to work. We needed step by step instructions LOL.

Great house!

Loved the house but the checkin check out times are not ideal. Had a circuit break and some outlets didn’t work. No access to the breaker to fix and nobody could come fix it for us. But the house is amazing.

Beautiful but different

This was one of our best homes we’ve stayed at on the Oregon coast. It was our 8th year and one of our favorites! This neighborhood was beautiful and the views were insane. We felt safe and comfortable. The different part of this trip is that I wasn’t expecting this home to be so divided. It worked for us since we have two teen boys that loved having their own space downstairs. When you walk in, you can go right, into the main house, or left, downstairs to the “second home.” It’s all one home, but downstairs feels so far away and has its own door. It is hard to even hear people downstairs when you’re upstairs. If I’d have stayed there when my kids were younger, we wouldn’t have been able to use the downstairs space. My kids wouldn’t have felt safe that far away and I wouldn’t have been able to hear them. Also, there was art all over the home, which was a little less conservative than I’d like for my kids to see daily. There were nude bodies, a large tapestry of a female reproductive organ, a Medusa puppet that was creepy, and just several little odd pieces. Would be cool in a museum, but odd in a family home when you tell your 7 year old daughter and 14 year old son what the tapestry is doing hanging over the tub. Overall, we loved our stay!
